Biography

Elena Milinova was born on December 25, 1976 in Togliatti. In 2000 graduated from the Tolyatti academy of management majoring in "Finance and the credit".

In 2000-2004 worked at the Russian office of the international auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In 2004-2007 worked in Geotransgaz and in Sollers ST.

2007: The deputy director general on finance in "KamAZ"

From 2007 to 2014 Elena headed the financial block of PJSC KAMAZ in the status of the deputy CEO and board member of group.

2014: Chief financial officer of X5 Retail Group

From 2014 to 2016 held a position of the chief financial executive of X5 Retail Group.

2017: Chief financial officer of MEGA Pharm pharmacy chain

In August, 2017 became the chief financial officer of pharmacy chain "MEGA Pharm" (enters into subholding Marathon Group — Marathon Pharma).

On December 5, 2017 Elena Milinova is appointed the director of economics and finance of Marathon Group and also joined the board of the company. As the director of economics and finance is responsible for formation and implementation of financial strategy of holding.

2018: Chief financial officer of Magnet

On April 2, 2018 Elena Milinova is appointed the chief financial officer of Magnet. Milinova is responsible for all complex of the questions connected with financial activities of the company and also for formation and implementation of new financial strategy of Magnet, reported in the retailer.

The position of the chief financial officer of Magnet remained vacant since February 17 when Khachatur Pombukhchan occupying it was appointed to the CEO's post after leaving the company of its founder Sergey Galitskogo.
