Biography

Arseny Stanislavovich was born on February 8, 1973 in Poltava region.

In 1995 graduated from the international department of faculty of journalism Lomonosov Moscow State University. Knows English, the French and Serbo-Croatian language.

Since 1994 worked in ITAR-TASS in edition of the countries of Europe by the trainee, correspondent in Washington, the editor, the senior editor, the special correspondent of diplomatic service in Moscow.

Since 1995 — the member of the Union of journalists of Russia.

In 1998-99 - the consultant of Russian President's Speechwriting Office.

In 2000-2004 - the adviser of Management of the press service of the Russian President.

In 2001 protected dissertation work "Acceptances of soft promotion in the qualitative press of the USA and France" (the research supervisor prof. Ya.N. Zasursky). Inflate and dominate: technologies of modern soft promotion Candidate of Philology.

In 2004-2008 - the chief adviser of Legal organizational management of the Russian President.

2008-2012: Director of the department of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications

From 2008 to 2012 — the director of the department of information and public relations of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. Team member of Shchegolev Igor Olegovich. Several sources close to the companies of Svyazinvest told that Arseny Mironov acquainted Igor Shchegolev and Konstantin Malofeyev. The last is familiar with Mironov since the childhood. In 2013 — the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Assistant Secretary supervising questions of planning of state policy in the field of:

  • cultures, organizations of activity of expert advices Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and examination of creative projects;
  • digital heritage and information technologies in the field of culture;
  • preserving, studying and promoting of non-material cultural heritage and traditional national culture;
  • public relations and preparation of projects of public statements of the Minister;
  • interactions with Minpromtorg of Russia concerning development of national cultural images for the industry of children's goods.

Member of editorial group of the State Council on the state cultural policy, Working group of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation on development of Strategy of the state cultural policy.

2014: Director of Institute of heritage of Likhachev

In September, 2014 Arseny Mironov is appointed the director of the Russian research institute of cultural and natural heritage of D.S. Likhachev.

Awards

It is awarded with the Certificate of honor of the President of Russia, has thanks of the President of Russia and the Russian Prime Minister.

Family

He is married, brings up three children.

Author of books

Arseny Mironov still in the late nineties wrote a fantasy with a bias to Christianity – "An Old Russian game". The main characters of the trilogy are students of MSU in whom it is possible to guess Konstantin Malofeyev and two of his friends, Malofeyev's acquaintance[1] says].
