Andrey Murov is the chairman of the board of FGC UES. Son of Evgeny Murov, head of Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation.

Education

Andrey Murov was born on March 26, 1970.

In 1993 graduated from law department of St. Petersburg State University majoring in Jurisprudence.

In 1998 underwent occupational retraining according to the Financial management program in Cross-industry institute of advanced training and retraining of the managerial personnel.

In 2009 graduated from the State university of civil aviation majoring in "The organization of transportations and management on transport (air transport)".

Has an academic degree of the Doctor of Economics.

Career

From 1993 to 1996 worked in City Bar of St. Petersburg.

From 1996 to 2000 worked as the deputy CEO of JSC Ai Si En Oktyabr.

From 2000 to 2004 worked in the telecommunication and construction industries. Including headed EvroStroyKomplekt LLC working at construction subcontractings at St. Petersburg Vodokanal.

Established CLAIM Petrostroy LLC, Sigma LLC and Investment construction Group LLC. Several natural persons and also the Cyprian offshore of Imex Oil Limited, Remdan Investments Limited and Naftrad Limited became participants of ISK Petrostroy, except the son of the director of FSO of Russia. The same companies appear as shareholders of large property from St. Petersburg and Moscow area to Irkutsk. According to data of tax specialists, Andrey Murov gained income in Remdan Investments Limited. The owner of it and two other mentioned offshore – is unknown.

From 2004 to 2005 worked as the First Deputy CEO of Pulkovo Federal State Unitary Air Enterprise.

From 2005 to 2007 — the director of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Pulkovo Airport.

From 2007 to 2012 — the CEO of JSC Pulkovo Airport.

From January, 2012 to June, 2012 worked as the deputy CEO of JSC IDGC Holding.

From July, 2012 to June, 2013 worked as the chief executive of JSC IDGC Holding.

In July, 2012 came to PJSC FGC UES to a position of the first deputy chairman of the board.

On September 11, 2012 the solution of Board of Directors of FGC UES it is elected the board member of FGC UES.

On November 11, 2013 it is elected the chairman of the board of "Federal grid company of the unified power system".

In 2015 headed the Russian National committee of the International council for big electrical systems of high tension (SIGRE).

Awards

It is awarded a medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the II degree (2006), an Order of Honour with a formulation "for the achieved labor success and long-term fair activity" (2009), the Order of Friendship, has diplomas and thanks of the Governor and the Administration of Saint Petersburg.

The rank "Honourable Power Engineering Specialist" is given.

Family

The son is a Nikita Andreevich Murov.
