Biography

Born December 8, 1958 in the village of Kurinskaya, Absheroshsky district, Krasnodar Territory, Russia.

Education

1977 - graduated from vocational school No. 226 in the city of Petrocrepost, Leningrad Region, majoring in Motorist.

Career

1977-1978 - worked as a motorist sailor on the ships of the Leningrad Sea Passenger Port and the Office of the North-Western River Shipping Company.
