Biography

Evgeny Nechayev was born on September 4, 1981.

Graduated from faculty of management of St. Petersburg State University. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Started a career in AVK Investment company in 2002.

In 2003-2005 worked in Federal Commission for the Securities Market and Government Office of the Russian Federation, dealt with issues of regulation of financial markets and corporate management.

In 2006 passed into JSC Svyazinvest where was engaged in development of all-corporate strategy and creation of a system of strategic planning.

In 2007-2011 held a position of the deputy finance director – directors of the department of finance of JSC CenterTelecom.

From 2011 to 2013 was the deputy CEO – the chief financial officer of JSC Natsionalnye telekommunikatsii.

In June, 2012 it is appointed the associate director – the director of economics and finance of macroregions Moscow and Center of JSC Rostelecom.

From March to August, 2014 worked as the CEO of JSC RT-mobile (JV Rostelecom and Tele2).

On September 27, 2017 by Board of Directors of PJSC Central Telegraph it is appointed to the position of the CEO of the company.

During the internal meeting of the Board of Directors of Central telegraph, affiliated enterprise PJSC Rostelecom, the decision on early termination of powers of the CEO Alexander Snytko and appointment to this post of Evgeny Nechayev was made.[1]

According to Alexander Abramkov, the vice president of Rostelecom — the director of macroregional branch "Centre", it is satisfied with work of staff of the company for last period. With change of the CEO the company will continue to implement plans and to solve problems, key of which — further integration and synergy of TsT and Rostelecom.

He is married, two children.
