Education

Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR

Career

1986 - 1988 - deputy secretary of the Komsomol organization MGIMO

1988 - 1992 - chief dealer of the Moscow Bank for Economic Cooperation

1992 - worked in the Moscow branch "Ts-Lenderbank AG Austria Bank"

1996 - 1998 - the vice president - the director of management of currency transactions and international settlements, the vice chairman of the board of Mosbusinessbank

1999 - adviser to the chairman of the board of JSB Forpost

1999 - adviser to the president, the first deputy chairman of the board, chairman of the board of CB Avangard

2000 - 2002 - vice president of JSC Bank for Foreign Trade (Vneshtorgbank)

2003 - worked in Gazprombank as the adviser, the executive vice president, supervised work of bank in internal and international financial markets, was responsible for development of cooperation with the Russian and foreign banks and efficiency of activity in the field of asset management and also coordinated activities of divisions of bank for creation and promotion on the market of the structured financial products.

2004 - 2012 - the vice chairman of the board in Gazprombank, was responsible for transactions in the currency, monetary markets, security markets and the capital, broker customer service, development of slozhnostrukturirovanny products^[1].
