Biography

Georgy Oksenoyt was born on March 4, 1959 in Moscow.

In 1981 graduated from Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics majoring in Statistics.

From 1981 to 1991 worked in the system of the state statistics.

In 1991-1992 worked as the Deputy CEO of the joint Soviet-Netherlands venture "Evik". In 1992-1993 held a position of the CEO of Zemvest company, in 1993-1995 - directors of legal issues of Volonte company.

In 1995-1996 was the vice president of "General insurance agency".

from 1996 to 2012 worked in group of MICEX at the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICE) and at the MICEX Stock Exchange (after consolidation in 2011 with group of RTS – Group of MICEX-RTS, since 2012 - group of Moscow Exchange) where from 2011 to 2012 directed the Center of the analysis and development of Moscow Exchange.

In April, 2013 the order of the Government of the Russian Federation Georgy Oksenoyt was appointed the deputy manager of Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat).

In 2015 the cool rank the valid state councilor of the Russian Federation 3 classes was appropriated to it.

Since January, 2016 Georgy Oksenoyt supervises the direction of information resources and technologies in Rosstat. To it the deputy manager of department Vyacheslav Zabelin who in August, 2015 left the post in connection with achievement of age limit of stay on civil service was responsible for this direction.

The head of department of information resources and technologies of Rosstat after change of the IT curator did not exchange: this position is held by Mikhail Burdakov.
