Biography

Sergey Ovsyannikov was born in 1976.

Education

In 2001 graduated from the Udmurt state university in "Public relations in the government and commercial structures".

In 2015 graduated from the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Finance.

In 2002-2011 got additional educations in the field of sales, business administration, managerial competences.

Career

Sergey Ovsyannikov began work in the communications industry in 2002 with a position of the head of marketing and advertizing in Nizhny Novgorod Cellular Communication company.

In 2004 at a position of the commercial director organized opening of VimpelCom branch of JSC to Izhevsk.

From 2006 to 2016 built career in the field of IT: headed representative office of IBM in the Volga region, directed representation of Oracle Russia & CIS on Middle Volga. Implementation of electronic document management for the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 14 regions of Russia became one of the projects implemented under its management.

Upper Volga ran the direction on work with corporate and state customers of the macroregion Transtelecom companies.

In October, 2018 Sergey Ovsyannikov is appointed the head of the Kalmyk branch "Rostelekomaa". It has considerable work experience in Russian telecommunication and the IT industries.

With pleasure I join a command of Rostelecom. The Republic of Kalmykia — the region, interesting and perspective for development of telecommunications, opening the mass of opportunities. We set for ourselves an ambitious task — to be among the best branches of the company in the south. It is sure that, despite such factors as rather small number of inhabitants and long distances between localities, we can do it.
