Biography

Oksana Panchenko was born on December 15, 1971.

Education

Got the first higher education at the Moscow pedagogical state university of V.I. Lenin which graduated in 1994 majoring in from "foreign languages". Qualification — the teacher of the German and English languages.

In 2002 completed training in "finance and the credit" at the Moscow international higher school of business of MIRBIS. Has qualification of the economist.

Career

In 1995 — 1998 worked in Bank Austria Aktiengesellschaft at a position of the senior client manager in management of corporate service.

In 1998 came to work to Raiffeisenbank. For 2002 headed department of work with corporate clients as the chief. Then for six years was the head of department on service and financing of corporate clients, the deputy manager of the directorate of the same name.

Since October 1, 2008 was a part of the supervisory boards of Raiffeisen-Leasing LLC (since April 8, 2014 — the chairman of the supervisory board) and Ltd NPF Raiffeisen (till October 20, 2015).

Since June 22, 2012 enters into Board of Directors of JSC Ey Dzhi Si Bor Glassworks.

At the time of leaving Raiffeisenbank in February, 2017 was the head of directorate of service and financing of corporate clients and the board member of bank.

In March, 2017 the Board of Directors of St. Petersburg bank approved its appointment as the vice chairman of the board of credit institution. On June 9, 2017 the supervisory board of St. Petersburg elected it as board, and on July 21, 2017 — excluded.

Since October, 2017 supervised corporate business of Globex bank.

In July, 2018 held a post of the adviser to the chairman of the board of MTS of Bank.

Since November 1, 2018 held a post of the vice chairman of the board, board member, head of the corporate and investment block of MTS of Bank.^[1]

On January 9, 2019 Oksana Panchenko having more than 20-year work experience in banking sector joined a command of Gazprombank and started execution of the duties in the rank of the senior vice president. Working in subordination of the vice chairman of the board Alexey Matveev, she supervises the corporate credit block of bank. Including is responsible for implementation of policy of Gazprombank in the field of crediting and implementation of new products and services for clients – legal entities.
