Pavel Evgeniyevich Pavlovsky is vice president, the head of the Sitronics Telecommunication Solutions business direction. Was born in 1969 in Leningrad.
Biography
In 1993 graduated from St. Petersburg State University with difference. In 1999 received MBA degree at INSEAD business school (France).
Before arrival to Sitronics in February, 2008, since 2007 Pavlovsky held posts of the vice president, director of a business unit "MTS Foreign subsidiary companies", and then MTS Ukraine. More than 6 years worked in consulting, in particular at the Moscow office of A.T. Kearney company and also at the London office of Mercer Management Consulting company.
After arrival to MTS in 2003 in department of corporate development Pavel was engaged in implementation of a new organization structure of MTS, including was responsible for creation of macroregional structure of the company. Afterwards headed the group which is responsible for start of regions and rebranding of subsidiary companies in Russia.
