Education

Artem Pulikov graduated from Moscow State University of means of communication.

Career

Started a career in advertizing in 2007 in Sunbox where there passed the way from the manager to the head of sales.

In 2008 passed into Rutube to a position of the head of sales.

From 2011 to 2014 Artem Pulikov worked in Gazprom-Media Digital at a position of the sales director.

In 2014 headed Internet and business Maxima Telecom where was responsible for monetization of data of Wi-fi network and digital advertizing products.

Since June, 2019 takes a position of the CEO of Kvant company - Maxima Telecom joint venture and Gazprom Media holding in the field of AdTech, Big Data and digital-advertizing. As the CEO of Kvant Artem Pulikov is responsible for development of advertizing services on the basis of big data, monetization of the MT FREE Wi-fi network, largest in Europe, and mobile stock of Gazprom Media of holding.

2020: Deputy CEO for development of digital assets of a sales house of Gazprom Media

In December, 2020 the CEO Quantum Artem Pulikov is appointed the deputy CEO for development and monetization of digital assets of a sales house of Gazprom Media. It is a new position in structure of the company. On this place Artem Pulikov will be engaged in strengthening and development of positions of a sales house in a digital segment.

Artyom combines the CEO's position Quantum (joint venture of Gazprom Media Holding and technology company "Maxima Telecom") and work in a seylzkhaus as the deputy CEO. Such synergy, as expected, will strengthen examination of a sales house in the market of digital advertizing solutions.
