Biography

Was born in the village of Simetbash of Arsky district of TASSR.

Education

In 1975 "the military builder" graduated from the Kamyshin highest military construction and command college majoring in (1975).

In 1992 graduated from the International academy of management, qualification "financial management".

In 1999 graduated from the Chelyabinsk state university majoring in "finance and the credit".

Also graduated from the Volga region state academy of telecommunications and information science majoring in "multichannel telecommunication systems".

Career

From 1975 to 1991 — service in armed forces.

From 1993 to 1998 — the deputy CEO of software Tatmyasoprom, the vice president of the Meat Industry of Tatarstan holding company.

From 1998 to 2001 — the first deputy of the state committee of RT on management of state property.

From 2001 to 2006 — the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.

Since 2006 held a post of the CEO of PJSC Tattelecom.

Since 2009 — the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fourth convocation.

Since 2011 — the president of Kazanochka basketball club.

Since October, 2014 — the deputy of the State Council of RT of the fifth convocation.

On April 30, 2019 the Board of Directors of the Tatar operator "Tattelecom" made the decision ahead of schedule to stop powers of the CEO of the company Lutfulla Shafigullin. From this duty he was released by Ayrat Nurutdinov. As noted, the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Lutfulle Shafigullin soon will be 64 years old. He directed the operator of nearly 13 years. According to some information, he will become the chairman of the board of directors of Tattelecom instead of the current head of body Valery Sorokin.[1]

Awards and titles

It is awarded with the certificate of honor of the Republic of Tatarstan, the medals "For Valorous Work", "Patriot of Russia", "For Faultless Service" of the second, third degrees, "In memory of the 1000 anniversary of Kazan" (2005), "The world summer Universiade of 2013 in Kazan", "the XXII Olympic winter Games in Sochi 2014". It is entered to the Book of honor of Kazan.

For May, 2019 Honored economist of RT, Academician of the International academy of communication. Repeated winner of the tenders "Head of Year", "Philanthropist of Year".[2]
