Biography

Mikhail Shamolin was born in 1970 in Moscow.

Education

In 1992 graduated from the Moscow automobile and road institute. In 1993 got second higher education in the Russian Academy of Public service under the President of the Russian Federation. In 1996-1997 passed the program of preparation for bosses in business school of Wharton Business School in the field of finance and management.

• 1998–2004 — McKinsey&Co, the junior partner
• 2004–2005 — Interpayp (Ukraine), the managing director of ferroalloy business
• 2005–2008 there is MTS, the director of a business unit "MTS Russia"
• 2008–2011 there is MTS, the president of the company
• Since March, 2011 — the president of AFK "Sistema"
• In iyune2017 years at annual shareholder meeting MTS the new Board of Directors into which the president of AFK "Sistema" Mikhail Shamolin did not enter was elected. The AFK "Sistema" holding owns a controlling stake of MTS. Shamolin consisted in former Board of Directors, but did not submit the application for participation in new structure. Its place in council was taken by the director of the strategy of System Zasursky Artem.

Other

Part: In May, 2012 by the YAK-52 airplane won "gold" in all-round on aerobatics in the II League of the championship of Moscow on plane sport.
