Biography

Was born on May 4, 1961 in Leningrad, Russia.

Education

1983 - graduated from Military engineering institute to them. A.F. Mozhaysky as "An optics and radio electronics engineer".

Ended English language courses at the General Staff of AF and rates in "Multifunction management" at the Moscow aerotechnical institute.

Military Service

1983 - served in the General Staff of AF.

Career

1990 - - worked with 1992 in Embassy of the Russian Federation in Singapore.

1998 - For 2003 - worked as the chief manager of the project in Kompaniya URMET Ltd Ltd and the CEO of Istfarm Delta Ltd.

January, 2003 – the commercial director of Vympel-S Ltd (RTI of a System subsidiary company)[5].

June, 2003 - the CEO of "Vympel-S". Under its management the Communication satellite network of Bodies of the Public and Municipal Administration of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic was created and put into operation. The company became the official partner of FGUP Russian Post in construction and commissioning more than 300 VSAT within the national project "Electronic Russia" and Global Teleport Ltd on construction and commissioning more than 100 VSAT within the national Education project[6].

February, 2008 - the first deputy, the head of complex marketing of RTI System concern.

May, 2008 - the CEO of RTI of a System concern[7].

2011 - as the CEO of RTI System concern who is a part of JSC RTI closed the deal on sale of a share of the Austrian WattDrive group to the Brazilian corporation WEG in the amount of 74.9% of authorized capital. Closing of the transaction took place on December 13, 2011 after approval from antimonopoly authorities. Total amount of the transaction was 5.9 million euros[8].

2013 - the board member of JSC SITRONICS[1].

Took active part in a number of important state projects:

  • state tests of new radar station of high factory readiness of Voronezh M (VZG radar Station) in the settlement of Lekhtusi;

  • setting on experienced alert of the Voronezh DM station near Armavir; commissioning of the first stage of Regional Crisis Management Centre of the Siberian Region[7].
