Biography

Tatyana Vasilyeva was born in the city of Penza. In 1999 graduated from the Penza state pedagogical university of V.G. Belinsky in "history".

After the termination of university till 2006 worked as the teacher of history of high school No. 76 of the city of Penza.

In 2006-2007 held a position of the leading specialist expert, adviser of department of department of state policy and legal regulation in the field of formation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Education and Science).

From 2007 to 2008 was the adviser of department of department for the administration and public service of the Ministry of Education and Science, and then till 2010 — the adviser of department of administrative department, the assistant of department of department of the general education in this department.

In 2010-2012 headed management of coordination of activity of the Moscow Department of Education.

Then held a position of the deputy manager of the Moscow Department of Education at which worked till May of the 2020th. On this post of Vasilyev supervised questions of implementation of the state and regional policy in the field of education.

2020: Deputy minister of education of the Russian Federation

The prime minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the order about Tatyana Vasilyeva's statement on a post of the deputy minister of education of the Russian Federation. The document was published on the portal of legal information on May 20, 2020. In a new position Vasilyeva will supervise digital transformation in those areas for which the ministry is responsible.

Appointment was preceded by Vasilyeva's inclusion at the beginning of a year in the candidate list on a position of the deputy managers who are responsible for digital transformation in federal authorities[1].

On March 13, 2020 Mishustin held a meeting with CDTO (Chief Digital Transformation Officer, the director of digital transformation) and candidates for a position of CDTO in which also Tatyana Vasilyeva took part. The similar meeting was held for the first time. Then the prime minister informed 50 officials responsible for digital transformation, and candidates who were at a meeting what from them the government waits for.

Tatyana Vasilyeva will work under the leadership of the minister of education Sergey Kravtsov who was appointed to this post on January 21, 2020.

It is remarkable that in Tatyana Vasilyeva's biography nothing obviously indicates existence at it of experience and deep examination in the field of digital technologies. And it was not succeeded to find its any interviews devoted to this subject in open sources. At the same time for applicants for a position of CDTO of federal authorities serious testing of personal and professional competences is provided.
