"For me it is a big responsibility, but first of all - involvement in a big and important business. The program has the right goal setting - small businesses will receive a serious impetus for digital transformation - according to our data, at least 40% of small and medium-sized businesses are interested in new technologies. In addition, the IT-Business will have another channel for the distribution of Russian software, which is extremely important for the development of the information technology sector in our country. I hope that small IT companies from various regions of Russia will also be among the copyright holders of the program, "Elena Volotovskaya noted.

{{quote 'For this, my colleagues and I plan to build a system work, which will be based on three "whales":

  • knowledge of the real state of affairs in the IT market,
  • formation of effective communication channels with all those included in the process of digital transformation of SMEs,
  • Creating conditions for the real transition of small businesses to digital (through regulatory instruments, measures to support the IT industry, search for new opportunities for the development of information technologies), - said Elena Volotovskaya. - No less promising topic for small businesses and, especially, for startups remains the search for investments for the implementation of projects in the technological field. Until now, most entrepreneurs have a rather vague idea of   the opportunities provided by the venture capital industry, what opportunities angel investments provide and how to become a business angel yourself. For OPORA ROSSII and its participants, these issues can be of great value.}}
