Yakemenko Vasily Grigoryevich

In 2000 Yakemenko got to Presidential Administration where for a while headed department of communications with public organizations of management of domestic policy. He was invited by the head of department of domestic policy Andrey Popov who acquainted talented and ambitious Yakemenko with the deputy head of administration Vladislav Surkov, the former official of administration remembers. Yakemenko already then had an idea to create the youth movement loyal to the party in power, this idea he stated to Surkov^[1].

In May, 2000 Yakemenko created the organization of assistance to education of youth "Going together" and became her leader. The initial noticeable share took place in 2001: a big youth meeting on Vasilevsky Descent in support of Vladimir Putin. On protesters there were undershirts with his portrait. Under Putin's banner "Going together" then a lot what did — branded the Moscow authorities for the fact that those permitted a bullfight, lowered books by the writer Sorokin in a fake toilet bowl, threw on the earth portraits of the Russian oppositionists with stamps "traitor".

In 2005 Yakemenko headed the new movement — "ours" with more accurate ideology and more system work.

Yakemenko and "not ours"

On a request "Yakemenko Vasily Grigoryevich" issues to the USRLE four organizations, including actually movement "Nashi". The surprise was given by one of them — Akbars LLP founded in Moscow in March, 1994, Adygan Salyakhov (23.36%), Vasily Yakemenko, Alexander Vlasov, Nail Nuriakhmetov, Rosil Rakhmatullin (on 18.69%) and Yury Eremenko (1.87%) appear his founders. In 2008 this firm is excluded from the USRLE.

But the memory of it and of all her founders, except Yakemenko, remained in more than 200-volume criminal case No. 192,529. They appear in the indictment (is at the disposal of Vedomosti) and testimonies of witnesses in the case as leaders of one of the most cruel gangs of Russia — organized criminal community "29th complex" of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny which totaled up to 1000 people.

The investigation and court took several years. On July 17, 2006 the sentence to 32 members of gang in the Supreme Court of Tatarstan was disclosed by eight hours — Eremenko received lifelong, the others in total more than 400 years of imprisonment for "gangsterism, establishing a criminal organization, kidnappings and 14 episodes of murders from 1993 for 2001".

According to prosecutor's office of Tatarstan, murders were committed both in the republic, and in Moscow and the Moscow region, and during the investigation 75 units of firearms, explosives and explosive devices, two grenade launchers Fly, a large number of ammunition and cold weapon were withdrawn from defendants.

The criminal community was created, according to the investigation, by May, 1993 — during blossoming in Tatarstan of youth groupings which divided the territory, fought a wall on a wall, levied a tribute from small traders on streets or plundered passersby. In the city of Naberezhnye Chelny Vlasov, Salyakhov and Eremenko integrated the most active participants of the 29 complex grouping in the steady armed gang, and by the end of 1993 integrated heads of organized criminal groups.

Later participants of gang controlled the enterprises of Tatarstan, for example the Yelabuga meat-processing plant "Modul" and also the Avtozavodsky market of Naberezhnye Chelny, tried to take under control even "KamAZ". And were engaged in financial transactions including in Moscow: Salyakhov, Eremenko and Vlasov, according to case papers, moved to the capital in 1994, Nuriakhmetov — in 1999.

"Акбарс" which cofounder Yakemenko appeared it is also mentioned in the indictment. This firm possessed the premises in which Salyakhov, Eremenko and Vlasov's security company was located.

Yakemenko's press secretary with reference to the lawyer gave the following: "Yakemenko was included in the list of founders of Akbars without his permission and consent; the persons which founded the organization illegally used for this purpose its passport data. And so forth, naturally, did not accept any participation in activity of firm, in opening of accounts. The application with the requirement to understand on what basis strangers into the list of founders of Akbars LLP entered Yakemenko is already submitted to Office of the Federal Tax Service. The similar application is now submitted to Economic Crime Department". On a question why the application is submitted just now (after a request of Vedomosti for Akbarsa), the press secretary "our" Potupchik told that "there were legal collisions": it is impossible to exclude the person in the USRLE from the list of founders of firm without CEO of this firm and how to contact this person — they do not know. (According to Vedomosti, the CEO Salyakhov received 25 years of maximum security penal colony.) "In the conditions of the dashing nineties, especially in Lyubertsy where Vasily Yakemenko lived as you understand, there could be anything" — Potupchik reminded.

In our Lyubertsy everything happens. For example, some days before the State Duma elections of 1999 at which the Kremlin had a strong opponent in the form of the Fatherland-All Russia bloc with Yury Luzhkov and Evgeny Primakov at the head the open letter of Yakemenko V. G. that it was attacked by "Primakov's supporters" was published in the Izvestia newspaper (No. 234 of December 14, 1999, is at the disposal of Vedomosti) and put it a craniocereberal injury at an entrance of his own house. This first public statement of Yakemenko connected with policy. Yakemenko did not answer a question of Vedomosti of whether he was the author of the letter. Potupchik reported that he is ready to answer only questions of the current office activity.

Unfortunately, it was and will be at the present power".

2012

In June, 2012 left a post of the head of Rosmolodezh.
