Yakubovsky Leonid Nikolaevich

• In 1989 with honors graduated from VIKA Mozhaisk.

• In 1995 defended the master's thesis. Taught in VIKA till 1998, combining teaching with scientific practical activities.

• From 1998 to 2006 worked in Knitted Consolidation LAK LLC. Participated in creation of network of retail stores of PLATO clothes (over 15,000 sq.m. of floor spaces), development and deployment of all complex of IT solutions for it.

Also supervised questions of implementation of IT solutions for all group of companies with participation of TO LAK LLC (The Tver worsted plant, the Bryansk worsted plant, Toropetsky and Oryol garment factories, retail network of clothes in Moscow).

Since 2000 began to deal with issues of management of the enterprises of group as the deputy CEO for management, in 2003 headed "LAK trade firm" and head company THAT LAK LLC.

Since 2004 directed all production block of the enterprises as the CEO of the Bryansk worsted plant. All work in THAT LAK LLC represented set of difficult IT projects and crisis management by the enterprises and allowed to get extensive experience of the solution of practical tasks in the conditions of a difficult economic situation.

Since 2006 worked in Corus Consulting: directed department of EKOD, supervised a number of projects on implementation of ERP systems, budgeting systems (FOSP, TRUD, Transaero, Sibur).

In May, 2012 it became known that Sberbank became the co-owner of Corus Consulting CIS company. According to the USRLE, Sberbank possesses 90% of authorized capital of the company. Other 10% own her director Leonid Yakubovsky^[1].

Earlier (as of March, 2012) Corus Consulting CIS for 65% belonged to Cyprus company of Dorinetko Limited, for 20% - to Leonid Yakubovsky, for 15% - to Alexander Semyonov, the CEO of the Corus Consulting group.

The source close to Sberbank told that the acquired company will be integrated into the direction on work with corporate clients.
