Biography

Education

Studied at the Ural State Pedagogical University in 2007 - 2010. Specialization - pedagogical psychology.

In 2010 - 2012 studied at the Russian State Pedagogical University of A.I. Herzen on the same specialty.

Since 2012-2015 was trained at Institute of Special Pedagogics and Psychology of Raul Wallenberg. The bachelor in "The general psychology".

Career

In 2008-2012 worked as the engineer of 1 category in Vagonmash in St. Petersburg.

From 2013 to 2016 held the HR manager's position in 1C-Rarus company.

From August, 2016 to August, 2017 directed the Resource center of City administration Innopolis. He grew up from the Migrate to Innopolis project created to attract to Innopolis the company and individuals to work in the resident companies of the city. The center consists of staff recruitment service, education center and the relokatsionny block. The service of personnel recruitment was engaged in search of employees for residents free of charge. The education center worked with the University Innopolis, ITIS (the higher school of information technologies and information systems KFU) and the Kazan IT park and solved a problem of shortage of IT specialists^[1].

Since 2017 headed the Resource center of the University Innopolis which is engaged in vacancies, processes the arriving summaries and helps potential inhabitants with moving — conducts future resident from the moment of obtaining the offer before settling, with adaptation^[2] at first help^[3].

In January, 2019 Tatyana Yurkina acted as the main founder of home company in Innopolis - Resource LLC which activity is connected with personnel recruitment. It possesses 75% of authorized capital of Resource LLC. A share in 25% of the company Razvitiye Innopolisa LLC for 100% belonging to the former Minister of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov owns.
