In 2002 got an education in "LETI".

In 2002 completed a rate in Lappeenranta University of Technology.

In 2009 completed a course of MBA in INSEAD.

From 2001 to 2005 worked as the researcher in Finland Nokia company.

From 2005 to 2006 work as the researcher in Japan Nokia.

In 2006 and for 2007 worked as the technologies manager in Nokia, Radio Networks Marketing.

From 2007 to 2010 worked as the head of service of consumer marketing, the partners manager in Nokia Siemens Networks.

From 2010 to 2012 was a partner, the manager in A.T. Kearney.

In 2012 received a position the director of operational interaction in Rostelecom. Worked for 2015.

In 2015 became the director of the department of client experience and circuit management of sales of Rostelecom.

For March 14, 2017 Andrey Zimenkov works as the director of the department of client experience and circuit management of sales of Rostelecom

In June, 2020 MTS announced Andrey Zimenkov's appointment to a position of the commercial director of the business market.
