On January 21, 2020 SKB Kontur announced expansion of functions of service for state customers the Circuit. Snab.

Command of the Circuit service. Snab updated the calculator for calculation of terms of purchase. Now in it it is possible to subscribe for reminders which will announce a deadline of the next procurement cycle. So the customer will definitely do not pass term and in time will carry out stages, for example, will provide explanations to participants of the tender or will sum up the auction results.

In service improved search of codes and goods in the reference book OKPD-2 and KTRU. Now by search the Circuit. Snab will show resolutions which impose restrictions or preferences on required goods and also standard contracts for it. For example, service will prompt that syringes are affected by preferences in 15% for goods from the EEU countries, restriction of admission of foreign goods and also there is a standard contract.

2019: Release of the Circuit service. Snab

On June 28, 2019 SKB Kontur company announced release of service for customers of state procurements.

Circuit. Snab — service for maintenance of customers on 44-FZ. He helps the state organizations to prepare documentation and to calculate terms of carrying out each stage of biddings.

State customers are obliged to carry out purchase, observing requirements 44-FZ. Otherwise bidders will file a complaint about them FULL FACE which consideration can end with a penalty. Such complaints for the last year were filed about a half of state customers of Russia (more than 70 thousand organizations). At the same time at 2.1 thousand customers the complaint arrived on every tenth purchase.

Circuit. Snab will help to organize biddings and to fulfill the requirements 44-FZ. Using service it is possible to find quickly a product code or services from the All-Russian Product Classifier (OKPD-2) and the directory of goods, works, services (DG,W,S) and also to see the last complete biddings with these goods. Besides, service automatically calculates dates for carrying out all procurement cycles.
