The Clover Group company reported on January 21, 2020 that it took out the patent for an invention "A method and a system for diagnosing of an industrial facility". The solution for monitoring of operation, assessment and the forecast of technical condition of the equipment is the cornerstone of an invention.

Implementing solution allows the industrial companies to analyze operation of the equipment, to predict failures with indication of a specific node, to reduce a downtime and to reduce costs for maintenance of assets.

The invention of Clover traces a status of an industrial facility using data analysis, collected from sensors. The received telemetry is processed and compared with parameters which were created by model of an industrial facility. On analysis results the output about operability of the equipment and need of repair forms.

According to the results of examination the feature and inventive level of the solution which consist in application of engineering model of an industrial facility and use of the feedback which is pointwise adjusting model after accomplishment of repair work were confirmed. The partial zeroing of the saved-up data on work of an industrial facility allowing to exclude detection of the false anomalies which arose when replacing parts is recognized essential feature of an invention. It influences the accuracy of diagnostics of industrial equipment thanks to accounting of the additional information about the facts of abnormal work and repaired.

Clover Group patented an invention in Rospatent and in the Eurasian patent organization.
