Inclusion in structure of the solution for creation of a digital medium of "the smart city"

GKS developed the solution for creation of a digital medium "smart city" on the basis of own products — the multifunction support "Xeon Smart" and IoT- platforms InOne. It became known on December 2, 2019. The solution meets the modern requirements to comfort of city spaces in combination with security problem solving.

In the city for providing the high level of security public places and objects are controlled by a single system of video surveillance. Except security the comfort of the urban environment forms due to modern energy efficient illumination, development of Wi-Fi-network for access to online services, convenient placement of devices of an emergency call of the help, the notification and informing. All these systems and services quite often develop independently of each other that leads to emergence on streets of separate technical solutions and constructions which design not always successfully fits into city space.

Not less important task — processing and data storage, arriving both from video surveillance systems, and from the different city engineering systems, their analysis and information transfer for rapid response by the relevant structures — law enforcement bodies, ambulance, municipal services and management companies.

The centralized video processing and information from sensors of the equipment placed on multifunction support is implemented on the digital InOne IoT-platform developed by HeadPoint company (enters into GKS). The platform provides the analysis of the arriving information, operational identification of potentially dangerous situations, response to standard incidents, and in case of emergency situations (incidents) of InOne notifies responsibles.

The set of the equipment and software platform creates base for "smart infrastructure" and digital services both in the city in general, and in its certain quarters, residential complexes and office parks, increasing their attractiveness for inhabitants, tenants, potential investors.

The proposed GKS together with partners the solution — result of our common efforts in the direction of development and technical implementation of engineering networks taking into account requirements of an esthetics and comfort of the urban environment. And we can tell that our approach is separated by customers. Would also like to note the interest of operating organizations in the solution GKS on use of modern technical means IPSIP/-telephony for the organization of an authorized access at hardware maintenance with face recognition as control facilities behind work of personnel, told Mihail Ellenbogen, the head of department of design of directorate of end-to-end systems of security of GKS

On September 19, 2019 GKS company together with Braytelek LLC provided joint development - the Russian integrated solution for creation of the territorial systems of the smart city - the multifunction support "Xeon Smart".

On support of outside lighting in the city the different hinged equipment, including telecommunication, video surveillance systems and the notification is placed. Actually support of lighting became multifunction nodes of city system infrastructure. Creation of a single architectural concept of such node executed in modern design and which is combined with an appearance of the modern city – an important factor of providing the comfortable urban environment.

The Xeon Smart support integrates in one form factor and the design constructive solution of a lighting system, video surveillance, the notification and scoring, an emergency communication, Wi - Fi - access in places of mass stay of people. The solution is interesting to representatives of project and installation contractors by opportunities of the project choice of a set of the equipment, placement height; reserve of the WiFi-point, vandalozashchishchennost of the hinged equipment and built-in call panel. The solution provides high quality of transfer of the video image and a sound and also a possibility of the organization of full-fledged conference communication of visitors and the personnel which are in different places of the territory and the situational center for localization and investigation of incidents and rendering the emergency help.
