According to Rashkovan, on IMF eLibrary it is possible to download the popular book about upgrades of economy of China or the best-seller about a didzhitalization of public finance.

All editions are available in English and also original language in the popular online formats epub, fb2 and others. On the website it is possible to filter books over the countries, subjects, types of publications, years of the publication, authors, publication languages. There are also books about Russia.
