2020: An opportunity to create the link invitation from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to a video meeting in Zoom

On March 27, 2020 Corus Consulting Group reported that now users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 can directly create from the interface of the CRM system the link invitation to a video meeting in Zoom and send it to mail or to any messenger convenient to participants using the module KORUS CRM - Messengers. The action will automatically be added to the calendar of participants both in e-mail, and in the CRM system. After the end of the meeting record of video conference will remain in the client's profile that will allow to trace all history of personal communication in a single window.

The Zoom platform developed by Zoom Video Communications, - one popular tools for video conferencing, supporting up to 1 thousand participants with the video image and 10 thousand viewers. Service became especially demanded in connection with deterioration in an epidemiological situation in the world.
