On October 11, 2019 the company Parallels submitted the next version of Parallels Mac Management for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). The connected module expands possibilities Microsoft of SCCM, allowing to manage computers Mac as well as the PC under management Windows.

Parallels Mac Management 8 for Microsoft SCCM got the support of Volume Purchase Program (VPP) Apple allowing to automate deployment and inventory of the applications of AppStore belonging to the company, managing them using the familiar platform of deployment of the SCCM applications.

Besides, the solution allows administrators to adapt these inventories for integrated management of assets, expanding detailing of management of IT assets due to providing more detailed information. Now scenarios can be unrolled on Mac computers for collecting and transfer of user data of inventory to SCCM, eliminating bulky steps of check for IT administrators.

Support of IPv6 allows administrators to take advantage of a modern network architecture and to quickly identify computers on SCCM and also to reduce processing time the router. To save flexibility for clients, Parallels supports support of the mixed IPv6 and IPv4 networks.
