Start of roaming with "PDU Platform"

On December 8, 2020, the Directive company announced that Synerdocs and the EDO Platform had launched roaming for subscribers. This technology helps set up seamless exchange of legally relevant electronic documents even when using different operators.

Given that electronic document management operators are involved in the labeling process, Synerdocs and EDO Platforms customers can quickly exchange DPEs with unique product identification codes. Thanks to this, working with the Honest Sign system for representatives of wholesale and retail trade becomes more convenient, noted in the Directive.

"Electronic document management is becoming a necessary tool for the entrepreneur to improve business efficiency. Digitalization of the economy, the introduction of a system for labeling goods, the spread of remote methods of work require the efficiency and ease of exchange of documents. Setting up roaming between different operators is an important condition for the development of the entire EDM infrastructure in Russia. Cooperation between the EDO Platform and Synerdocs confirms that document management services are configured to improve the client service in favor of its convenience for subscribers, "said Andrey Ananyev, Head of EDO, Leading Manager of Labeling at the IT company OFD Platform.

"EDO legislation is moving towards inter-operator exchange of electronic documents. We can find confirmation of this in the order of the Ministry of Finance on the procedure for exchanging invoices in electronic form. I believe that roaming with the OFD Platform company is another proof that operators are ready to cooperate and provide services to customers in the most comfortable form for them. The transfer of documents in roaming is gaining momentum every year and this sees the future of EDO, "said Tatyana Zhigalova, business analyst at Synerdocs, a labeling expert.

Synerdocs 2.49 and 2.50: with the update of the electronic signature and automatic filling of the PDA

On November 24, 2020, Directum (Directives) presented updated versions of Synerdocs 2.49 and 2.50 with an updated electronic signature, automatic filling of the APD (short for "Universal Transfer Document") and other additions.

In this version, in order to update the electronic signature certificate (ED), you do not need to go to your personal account, and when working with the DPE, the "Operation Content" field is filled in automatically. There are also changes in the integration solution 1C. As of version 2.49, subscribers using DSS technology can control the sending of documents for which errors have occurred, as well as learn detailed information about technical problems.

From version 2.49, the local expired display certificate can be replaced with a new one without authorization in the web client. The functionality is available on the registration page. To update the data, you need to select an electronic signature certificate from the list of those installed in your personal vault or download it from a file. After updating the information and checking the user account, the service will display a replacement window:

As a result, the old certificate will be updated.

Another update is designed to save employees time. In the Synerdocs Web Client, the Transaction Contents field is automatically filled in when universal transfer documents are created and signed back.

The Subscriber forms the APD, and the corresponding section is replaced with the value "Goods, property rights, works or services transferred (handed over, rendered) in full," and when sighting - changes to "Goods, property rights, works or services accepted (received) without claims."

After the update, DSS signers can control how they are sent when errors occur, such as when a communication is interrupted. You can track the processing data in the Result Status column. You do not need to recreate the document for re-mailing, just click on the "Resubmit" button on the toolbar:

Starting from version 2.50, information about the characteristic and code of the product in the PDA is filled in automatically according to the data from document 1C. This helps to eliminate double work in preparing originals for counterparties. The value that the Item Number field is filled with depends on the characteristics specified in the setup.

Synerdocs 2.48: ability to track the status of the DUP with labeling data

On October 26, 2020, Directum introduced an update to the Synerdocs web client and 1C integration solution. Now subscribers of the Synerdocs service can see at what stage the document with labeling data is located in the state system for monitoring the turnover of goods (GIS MT). Also, from version 2.48, it is possible to create and fill out a delivery note (typical technological work order) on the editing form.

According to the company, in the updated version of the service, you can track the stage of processing a document with labeling data in the MT GIS. Users of the Web Client and the integration solution now know the status of the PDA with product code information. The processing of information becomes more transparent, and the subscriber can control the data transfer process.

Synerdocs web client since version 2.48 fully supports work with typical technological work order. The employee creates an invoice for shipment in the service and fills in the necessary details manually.

Bill of lading edit form

On the edit form, you can specify the same data as in the paper typical technological work order. Including fill in:

  • commodity section: name of the product, its quantity, nomenclature number, price and other data related to the transported cargo;
  • transport section: delivery time, information about the carrier, the brand and number of his car, driver and customer data, as well as information about the product, its acceptance and transfer.

As of version 2.47, the user of Synerdocs can fill in the corresponding fields on the PDA edit form to meet additional vendor requirements. For example, depending on vendor requirements, you can specify the item ID value, order number, or order type.

At the same time, if in the integration solution settings it is specified what information to fill in the "Additional information" field in the PDA for each item of the article, then it will be recorded automatically from the 1C document.

Synerdocs 2.46: Support for Forwarding Agent Role in E&R Exchange

On September 11, 2020, Directum (Directive) announced the release of the next version of the Synerdocs 2.46 service.

The forwarding agent role in the electronic bill of lading (ETA) has been added to it. Thus, the ETrH displays information about all parties to the document flow, and if necessary, this data can be transmitted to the regulatory authorities.

Synerdocs 2.46

In transportation, the forwarding agent acts as the organizer: prepares documents for the movement of goods, controls the sending and receipt of goods. If there is a transport expedition agreement, it becomes a full-fledged participant in the exchange of waybills.

As of Synerdocs 2.46, information about the third trucking participant is displayed in item 10.1 "Forwarding Agent":

Synerdocs 2.46

To record his participation as the organizer of the transportation, the forwarding agent signs the ETrN. Sighting is possible at any stage of the exchange after the consignment note is formed and sent by the shipper. In the ETpH printing form, the EP stamp is as follows:

Synerdocs 2.46

The document flow is considered completed after signing the electronic bill of lading by all exchange participants, including the forwarding agent. If necessary, for example, during inspections, complete information on ETrH can be submitted to the regulatory authorities.

As of September 2020, the sending and signing of the document by the forwarding agent is implemented only by software (through the API). The functionality will appear in the web client from version 2.47.

Synerdocs 2.44: Ability to edit driver and vehicle data in ETpH

On July 28, 2020, Directum announced that from version 2.44, Synerdocs can edit driver and vehicle data in ETrH.

Directum noted that many logistics companies in the process of transporting goods need to make changes to the waybill. For example, when unforeseen situations arise - a change of driver on the way or other road incidents. It is now possible to adjust the data on the driver and/or the transport vehicle in the electronic bill of lading (ETpH) in the Synerdocs service.

According to the developer, you can adjust the data on the driver and/or the car in the tenth and eleventh paragraphs of the document - "Carrier" and "Vehicle." To do this, in the web client you need to open the bill of lading card and sequentially select the actions "Make changes" - "Driver and/or vehicle." As a result, the form for filling in is opened:

Bill of lading card in Synerdocs

After entering the current data in the ETH, the service sends information about the change to all participants in the document flow. In the printed form of the document, the electronic signature stamp displays the corresponding event in the form of the status "Replaced driver and/or vehicle":

Bill of lading card in Synerdocs

Directum noted three points:

  • information about the driver and the transport vehicle is changed only by the transport and logistics company;
  • you can adjust the data only after the driver receives the goods for delivery, and before the consignee decides on the document;
  • if the driver is not included in the exchange of ETrN, then the replacement of data is possible after the shipment is sent and before the consignee decides on the document.

According to the developer's statement, these restrictions help participants correctly perform the process of exchanging electronic waybills.

Ability to sign documents using DSS

On July 3, 2020, Directum (Directive) presented an updated version of the service. Synerdocs users can now view and submit documents using a cloud electronic signature certificate using DSS technology.

DSS is a release and storage electronic signature technology. Its private key is located on the server certification center, and not on a separate medium or computer owner. This reduces the cost of deploying and owning an electronic signature infrastructure, as well as the risk of compromising user keys due to their centralized reliable storage.

In the presented version of Synerdocs, cloud signing is implemented with the binding of the EP certificate to the mobile application using a QR code. You can sign documents on this technology both in the Synerdocs web client and in the integration solution with 1C.

Provision of unlimited document exchange package

On May 19, 2020, Directum announced the Fast Start of Digital Processes campaign. The promotion includes 90 days of free subscription to the Directum RX cloud solution and an unlimited package for exchanging documents in the Synerdocs service. Read more here.

Synerdocs 2.40: Supporting Hidden Divisions

On April 21, 2020, Directum released a version of Synerdocs 2.40. In the updated version of the service, you can automatically fill out the recipients of the electronic bill of lading (ETA) and hide the internal departments of the company from the customer. The integration solution 1C has added the function of canceling the ETrH and deleting documents for sending.

According to the company, in order to exclude the erroneous sending of documents to the internal departments of the organization, in the updated version of Synerdocs it is now possible to hide the company's divisions from counterparties.

When you fill in the To field and in the Select Recipients window, only the items you want will be displayed during submission.

Synerdocs 2.40

When automatically filling in the exchange participants, the service indicates the division where the cargo will be delivered. At the same time, in some companies, the head department is signed for the acceptance of goods. For such cases, you can now set up a rule for "substitution" of recipients with a bill of lading. The correct data will be loaded when the Fill Participants from Document action is performed.

Synerdocs 2.40

Substitution rules are set through a table in the database.

To cancel the actions recorded on the bill of lading, the initiator sends the recipients a cancellation agreement.

Synerdocs 2.40

After signing, the status will change to "Canceled," and the document itself will become invalid.

Also in the integration solution version 2.40, you can now delete documents created in 1C from the To Send list. This eliminates their accidental forwarding.

To delete documents, select Move to Cart from the drop-down list.

Synerdocs 2.40

After that, they will appear in the "Shopping Cart" tab.

Synerdocs 2.40

If necessary, documents can be easily restored, and they will be available again in the "To be submitted" section.

Two months of unlimited exchange of documents on "remote"

On April 17, 2020, Directum announced that under quarantine conditions, when it became impossible to work with paper, the Synerdocs exchange service is holding a campaign to help business. All new customers can take advantage of the offer until May 31, 2020.

Many companies in Russia, starting in February 2020, transfer employees to remote work, and part of the work completely goes online.

Document flow with counterparties is one of those processes that can be quickly and with minimal financial investments transferred to remote mode. To start sending and accepting legally significant electronic documents, Internet access, an EP certificate and 15 minutes are enough.

File:Aquote1.png
It was important for us to meet business halfway. Therefore, each new client can connect to the service and start an exchange, and leave the payment for later. In the current conditions, connecting to the external electronic document management (EDO) service is perhaps the only way to continue the normal exchange of documents with counterparties. As for the choice of the appropriate tariff and direct payment, the company can take a delay of two months,
Synerdocs Business Director Ivan Agapov comments on the action
File:Aquote2.png

Participation in the action guarantees unlimited exchange of all types of documents, including electronic transport and consignment notes. Synerdocs also opens up the possibility for new clients to work remotely in the 1C integration solution or in a web converter.

The service team has prepared instructions for the transition to electronic legally significant document management.

Enterprises that at one time connected to exchange services continue to conduct document flow with counterparties in a stable mode.

Obtaining the status of an official partner of the CRPT

On March 31, 2020, Directum (Directive) announced the replenishment of the list of the main electronic document management (EDO) operators supporting digital labeling. Synerdocs received the status of an official partner of the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CRPT). He was among the recommended operators for the exchange of electronic documents containing special marking codes with the Honest Sign system.

Marking

By 2024, identification tools will be applied to literally everything.

To start working with labeling, market participants need to register in the Honest Sign system. It generates and issues special codes applied to the packaging and label, and monitors the movement of marked goods.

Another prerequisite for turnover participants is to connect to the EDM operator in order to transmit electronic documents with information about the marked product through it. The updated format of the universal transfer document (UPD), containing special fields for unique codes, was approved by the Order of the Federal Tax Service of 19.12.2018 No. MMV-7-15/820 @. In 2019, it became possible to exchange such ATMs through Synerdocs. At the beginning of 2020, the service received the status of an official partner of the CRPT and at the state level became one of the recommended EDO operators supporting labeling.

All turnover participants - manufacturers, distributors and sellers - can use Synerdocs to exchange legally significant APDs. The service is integrated with GIS MT, so information on the transfer of marking codes from one side to the other is sent to Honest SIGN automatically immediately after signing the documents. This is very convenient, since the seller does not need to once again go to the personal account of the MT GIS and manually reflect the transition of marked product codes to the buyer.

Marking codes are transferred to "Fair SIGN" when sending documents to the distributor

Synerdocs subscribers can choose the most convenient way to work with the PDA:

  • a web client that opens in any modern browser;
  • integration solution:
  • ready-made connector for; accounting system 1C
  • self-configurable integration via API (for example, with Axapta, non-typical 1C configuration, arbitrary ERP system and others);
  • Custom Integration Service.

Synerdocs 2.39: ETP Cancellation Function and Web Converter Marking Support

On March 30, 2020, Directum announced that subscribers of the Synerdocs service can now recognize the electronic waybill (ETrH) as invalid. The web converter began to work with universal transfer documents (UPDs) containing marking codes.

Cancellation of Bill of Lading in the Web Client

In order to cancel the conditions of transportation fixed in the document or refute the facts set forth, the ETrN must be declared invalid.

Previously, Synerdocs could cancel any document, with the exception of an electronic bill of lading. As the decision of "EDO in cargo transportation" began to gain popularity, a pool of wishes formed among subscribers. Among them there was a request to add such a feature.

As of version 2.39, subscribers can cancel the ETO in the web client. This greatly simplifies the recall process. Now, for each invoice that needs to be invalidated, the sender and recipient enter into an appropriate agreement.

The cancellation of the ETrH is carried out in the same way as the cancellation of any other documents in the service and consists of the following stages:

  • Request for deprivation of the electronic bill of lading legal force: the initiator sends an agreement to counterparties.
  • Confirmation of document cancellation. The participating parties sign the received agreements, which are displayed in the Inbox with the status "Required Signature."

To approve or refuse to cancel the ETrN, you need to open the agreement card and select the necessary action - "Sign" or "Refuse":

After the sender and recipients sign the agreement, the status of the electronic bill of lading changes to Canceled.

Working with Markings in the Web Client

If you are working with a PDU in a web client, you can specify the following information for each part or service:

  • batch registration number;
  • quantity of goods;
  • labeling information.

Since version 2.39, it has become possible to fill out PDAs containing special marking codes in the Synerdocs web converter:

  • Create a document in the Web client, go to the edit form, and download * the source version in XLS/XLSX format.
  • check the data.

The Web converter automatically converts the table part of the document with a huge number of items into a structured XML format. It is not included in the basic functionality of the service and is paid separately. You can order the option on the Synerdocs support and maintenance website.

Functions in 1C Integration Solution

You no longer need to enter data on product identification codes for footwear products manually in the PDA. In version 1.39 of the 1C integration solution, all the necessary data is collected automatically from the Sales of Goods and Services document. The user can only check the information in the table part and send the PDU with the marking.

On the edit form of the universal transfer document, you can enter data for all types of products. To do this, in the "Product Identification Number" field, click on the selection button and specify the necessary information.

Synerdocs 2.38

On March 4, 2020, Directum introduced the updated Synerdocs 2.38 service. In a web client, the carrier can now assure the title of the driver. The integration solution (IC) 1C implements the ability to massively delete and restore documents, and users work with cryptography settings automatically.

As noted in Directum, the current legislation determines the legitimacy of the use of a simple electronic signature (PES), but many companies are important additional guarantees for the safety of its use by the driver. To relieve customer concerns, the Synerdocs web client and the corporate information system integrated with the service have the opportunity to certify the title of driver on the bill of lading, signed with a simple electronic signature, qualified by the carrier's electronic signature. It also simplifies the process of submitting documents to regulatory authorities.

How this process is implemented in the service:

  • You must select the required document in your inbox.
  • open his card;
  • In the Assure drop-down list, select Receive or Transfer Cargo:

Synerdocs 2.38

Since the electronic waybill contains two driver titles, two actions are provided for certification - one for each title.

According to the developer, the work of the IR user has become more convenient: the updated version adds automatic detection of the crypto provider and its initialization parameters by certificate. The shape of the settings and its location have changed. This made it possible to free up the useful part of the interface. Previously, settings were made on the tab, in the presented version they are available from the "More" drop-down menu at the top of the working window:

Synerdocs 2.38

The integration solution provides the ability to delete documents created in 1C from the "To be sent" list. This will exclude their accidental forwarding to counterparties, according to Directum.

To do this, from the "To send" folder, select the "Transfer to cart" action in the "More" drop-down list:

Synerdocs 2.38

After that, they will appear in the "Shopping Cart" tab:

Synerdocs 2.38

Documents can be restored, then they will be available again in the "To be sent" section.

Launch of an experiment with the participation of Synerdocs to promote an electronic bill of lading

On February 28, 2020, it became known that digital cargo transportation was engaged in Russia at the state level. The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation will develop and consolidate standards for the use of an electronic waybill (ETrN) and an electronic waybill (EPL). To this end, a pilot project has already been launched with the participation of the Synerdocs service. Read more here.

Synerdocs 2.36

On January 9, 2020, Directum introduced the updated Synerdocs 2.36 service. In the web client, you can now sign an electronic bill of lading (ETA) on behalf of the driver, save contacts of existing partners in a convenient format and create company divisions for new users. The 1C integration solution supports editing the bill of lading generated in the accounting system and sending the document to your own organization.

As noted in Directum, digital labeling is dynamically included in everyday life, it applies to tobacco products, shoes, clothing, perfumes, cameras and other products. By 2024, in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, mandatory labeling is planned to be introduced on all commodity groups. The Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CRPT) implements the Honest Sign national system for digital labeling and tracking of goods, which protects consumer rights and fights the spread of low-quality products and illegal goods.

The marking process consists of the following steps:

  1. The manufacturer or importer applies a unique numeric code to the product.
  2. The entire logistics chain along which the item is marked is recorded - from the plant to the consumer.
  3. The product gets to the store shelf only after scanning.
  4. The code is read when it is sold at the cash desk. The Honest Sign system transmits information about the products that have withdrawn from circulation.
  5. Using a mobile application for digital labeling of goods, the consumer can check its legality.

data The manufacturer, importer and seller are responsible for reliability. retails The presence of digital marking on the product indicates that it is produced legally, its quality corresponds to the declared one.

At the stage of production (import), marking codes are ordered, the received codes are printed on labels and put into circulation. At the stage of wholesale sales - receiving goods from the supplier, accepting an incoming universal transfer document with codes (UPD with marking) and selling the goods to the counterparty. As a result of the sale, APDs with codes are transferred to the CRPT.

According to the developer, the Synerdocs service supports labeling capabilities, including APD with codes and their transfer to the CRPT, both when working in a web client and in integration solutions. Users of Synerdocs and 1C 2.36 integration solutions may not manually enter labeling codes for footwear products. All necessary information is picked up automatically from the document 1C "Sale of goods and services." It remains only to check the data in the table part and send the PDU with the marking.

On the APD editing form, you can enter information on labeling for all types of products. To do this, in the "Number of means of identification of goods" field, click on the select button and specify the necessary information:

Synerdocs 2.36

According to the developer's statement, starting from version 2.35, the driver can sign an electronic bill of lading upon receipt and delivery of goods not only through Viber and, SMS but also in the third way - in the web client. Thanks to the additional possibility of sighting the bill of lading, even in case of malfunction it will not phone document flow stop. The driver can always open a web client at the place of loading the goods at the shipper and, upon unloading, at the warehouse at the consignee.

In the web client, the ETrH is signed in two steps: select the desired document in the "Inbox" section and click on the "Received Cargo" button. Notes can be specified in the signing window:

Synerdocs 2.36

When handing over the cargo, the operating procedure is the same. Notes indicated by the driver are added to item 12 of the waybill and notes are added to item 17.

Synerdocs 2.36

In addition, information about the signatories in the ETpH printed form is filled in from the certificates with which the invoices were signed, and not from the contents of the document itself. Thus, the information is displayed:

  • on the shipper and type of EP - in sections 6, 16;
  • about the consignee and the type of EP - in 7;
  • about the carrier and the type of EP - 16;
  • about the driver and type of EP - 6 and 7, 17;
  • when making marks in item 17 of the TrN - in the table for marks of shippers, consignees and carriers of the corresponding section.

For the convenience of organizations with a significant number of partners, Synerdocs has the opportunity to upload a list of existing counterparties in XLS format. For each contact, the name, TIN, PPC, organization operator, authorization status, status change date are displayed - the database can be filtered and processed according to these details, Directum emphasized.

To unload the list, you need to go to the "Counterparties" - "Active" section, on the toolbar select "Unload."

Synerdocs 2.36

Large companies, including transport and logistics companies with a large number of drivers, can simultaneously create and indicate a new division for them with the addition of a user. After filling in the details, it will be included in the organizational structure:

Synerdocs 2.36

You can reduce the time spent on filling in the information in TpH manually, you can create a bill of lading based on the document in the accounting system: the data from 1C will be automatically substituted. To make adjustments to an already created delivery note, you need to go to the "To send" section, click "Edit Document" and specify the necessary information:

Synerdocs 2.36

According to the developer, section 15 "Carrier Services" has also been added to the editing form, in which you can specify:

  • data on the payer for the carrier's services;
  • information on the value and procedure of calculation: amount, amount in words, currency, procedure of calculation.

In the service, you can send an ETO within your own organization to record the event of sending a cargo during its internal movement. To do this, in the Participant Roles window, you must specify your own company, department. This functionality is also available for informal documents, noted in Directum.

2019

Ability to work with electronic transport and consignment notes

On December 16, 2019, the company Directive, within the framework of the Synerdocs service, provided customers with the opportunity to work smoothly with electronic transport and consignment notes. Reliability in signing documents is guaranteed thanks to the productive cloud platform of the technological partner - CROC Cloud Services.

According to the company, now customers can create, sign, send and receive electronic consignment notes (ETTN). Earlier, the operator became the first in Russia to provide business with the opportunity to legitimately exchange electronic waybills (ETrN). In both cases, work with documents is organized through the CROC Cloud.

As of December 2019, the exchange of ETrN and ETTN is relevant for large consignees, carriers and shippers. To sign documents, they can use a qualified (electronic signature KEP) and simple EP (PED). According to the law, it is applied in all cases, except for the certification of universal transfer and universal adjustment documents. The main advantages of a simple EP are that you do not need to purchase cryptographic protection a means of information. Such a signature is much cheaper and more convenient to use - it can be used even on those devices on which it is impossible to work with KEP. For example, a push-button one is also suitable for signing a document using a PEP. phone

File:Aquote1.png
An important factor in document management in logistics is the stability of signing waybills. Putting the EPS on the documents records important operations with the cargo - its acceptance and transfer by the driver. Customers of the service find out online, loaded or handed over the goods, and make appropriate decisions. For example, if the consignment note is signed by the consignee, the shipper sees information about this in the service and can immediately pay for delivery.

told Ivan Agapov, head of business at Synerdocs
File:Aquote2.png

Electronic documents are signed not only at stationary workplaces - warehouses, distribution centers, but also on the road - through chat boats Viber and. SMS The stability of signing invoices is guaranteed by CROC. It was in its cloud that Synerdocs deployed its service.

File:Aquote1.png
We have been using the CROC cloud for five years. During this time, we have repeatedly made sure that the platform has all the technical characteristics necessary for us: high performance, disaster tolerance, and a convenient control console.

Synerdocs 2.33: Electronic typical technological work order Exchange Solution

Directum presented on October 25, 2019 a solution for the exchange of electronic typical technological work order. In the Synerdocs web client, you can send electronic typical technological work order, copy outgoing documents (and not only them), and the 1C integration solution supports the current format of a universal transfer document.

Synerdocs

To speed up mutual settlements with counterparties, save on postal services and consumables, the web client has added the ability to work with an electronic consignment note (ETTN).

To send a document in the service, you need to download the corresponding shipper title. You can verify the correctness of filling in the ETTH fields before sending it by looking at its printed form by reference in the document name.

After sending, the PTN appears in the list of outbound documents.

In the future, the consignee reviews the ETTN card and confirms the receipt of the cargo by signing the invoice, or refuses to accept the goods by sending a notification of clarification.

In the integration solution 1C, you can also display the ETTH form, including information about the status of the document.

Thus, the introduction of updated functionality in the Synerdocs service opens up opportunities for companies to optimize a number of processes - from timely settlement with customers to prompt billing.

The following features have appeared in Synerdocs:

  • Copy outbound documents in the Web Client. You can now create a new document with the current content. You can change the field values of the new document before sending them.
  • copying the lines of the table parts of the DPP, DPC, DPT and DPP. This allows you to edit and populate data in the table much faster.

By order of 19.12.2018 No. MMV-7-15/820 @, the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation approved the updated format of the universal transfer document - MMV-7-15/820. Work with it has already been implemented in Synerdocs.

Now users get the opportunity to:

  • View the contents of incoming formalized documents
  • accept them for accounting in the 1C system;
  • sign them;

When uploading informal documents to Synerdocs, you can now specify more information, the APD and UKD formats in 1C support the labeling of new types of goods.

For convenient accounting, processing and search in the service, the developers have added new types of informal documents: power of attorney and specification.

Now, when uploading a power of attorney to the service, in addition to its number and date, you can specify data on the validity period, authorized person and the possibility of reauthorization. And for the specification, you can issue the effective date and the contract to which it belongs.

We also expanded the composition of the fields in the card for additional agreements. Now for them you can fill in the number and date of the contract to which the agreement was drawn up.

Order of the Federal Tax Service of 08.04.2019 No. MMV-7-15/176 made changes to the format of the document on the transfer of goods, the document on the transfer of work results, the universal transfer document (UPD) and the universal adjustment document (UKD).

In the Synerdocs service, you can now work with the new version of the 5.02 format. At the same time, 5.01 is still supported, since most organizations continue to use it and the Federal Tax Service accepts documents of both versions.

Also, by Order of 19.12.2018 No. MMV-7-15/820, the Federal Tax Service approved the format of the UPD with support for traceability and labeling of goods. The ability to edit and submit an updated document has also been added to the integration solution for 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform. In the service settings, you can choose in what format you will send the APP.

By default, the format is used by Order No. MMV-7-15/155 of 24.03.2016.

Synerdocs 2.30

On June 28, 2019, Directum announced the Synerdocs 2.30 version: updated bill of lading exchange and labeling of goods in the UPD.

To differentiate between the opportunities and responsibilities of exchange participants when working with an electronic bill of lading (ETA), note their roles:

  • The shipper is responsible for preparing the document. Can change the place of delivery;
  • The Driver accepts the goods from the Shipper and transfers them to the Shipper;
  • The Carrier shall deliver the goods and certify the correctness of all data reflected in the ETrN;
  • The consignee shall accept the cargo from the Driver. May refuse acceptance if the goods for some reason do not suit it;
  • The observer is interested in the document flow, but does not directly participate in the exchange of ETrH.

Member roles are displayed in the document card

The ETrH titles required to complete the document flow and the sequence of their signing are determined by the composition of the participants and their roles. In addition, now in the service:

  • The shipper can change the place of delivery only before the goods are accepted;
  • the Consignee does not have the opportunity to refuse to accept the goods after sending the title of Consignee;
  • The observer has access to the document but does not send titles and clarification notices;
  • automatically determines on whose behalf the ETrH is signed in response.

All this protects the workflow from arbitrary user actions and errors.

In this version, the statuses for ETrN have been finalized: "It is required to confirm the status of cargo receipt," "The Driver is expected to receive cargo for delivery," "Transportation is completed," "The place of delivery has been changed" and others.

To simplify the search for documents, filtering by ET status has been added to the service. You can specify them when creating bookmarks.

Find documents with the desired status

Thus, the exchange of electronic waybills in the service has become more regulated and visual. For convenience, you can use updated instructions.

By order of 19.12.2018 No. MMV-7-15/820 FTS RUSSIAN FEDERATION @, it approved the format of a universal transfer document (UPD) with support for traceability and labeling of goods. The presented version of the Synerdocs service implements work with it.

Now it is possible to use the PDA in the current format:

  • create and edit the title of Seller;
  • sign the title of Buyer;
  • exchange, including in roaming;
  • Create universal adjustment documents.

For the PDU, a printed form with electronic signature marks is also generated in the updated format, which is available for viewing and printing.

According to the legislation, documents of the old model, approved by the order of the Federal Tax Service of 24.03.2016 No. MMV-7-15/155 @, can be exchanged until the end of 2019. Thus, the Synerdocs service allows you to use both formats at the same time.

The required format is selected when creating the PDA

The integration solution for 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and the 1C: Accounting 3.0 configuration have been expanded. You can now send invoices based on the commissioner's report via the Syperdocs service.

Availability of a simple electronic signature

On September 3, 2018, DIRECTUM announced that it is now possible to sign electronic documents in the exchange service using a simple electronic signature (PES). The opportunity appeared in the updated version of Synerdocs.

The main advantage of PEP is that it does not require an electronic signature certificate to use it. It is used to sign any documents other than universal transfer and universal adjustment documents. In the latter cases, the legislation obliges the use of an enhanced qualified signature.

With the help of PEP, Synerdocs already signs electronic waybills - drivers do this using Viber and SMS. A simple signature is also used when exchanging counterparties with applications, TORG-13 and other electronic documents. It is possible to use the EED only after passing the procedure for identifying an individual.

Information that the document is signed by the EEP is recorded in its card, as well as in the history of working with it.

The details of the signature used are available for viewing in the user's personal account.

You can check the signature status and the name of the owner in the PED details

It is easy to start using a simple electronic signature in the service. To do this, the subscriber must familiarize himself and accept the rules of work, sign an Agreement on its use and connect functionality to a specific user who has passed the identification (for this, the service provides a sample application for the identification of an individual).

Release version 2.25

On July 30, 2018, the company Directum introduced Synerdocs 2.25, which allows companies to exchange electronic waybills. Drivers use mobile and to sign documents messengers Viber. SMS At the same time, other exchange participants can send bills of lading without leaving the usual accounting system.

Complex paper document management is one of the main problems in the field of cargo transportation. All parties participate in the signing of documents: shippers, consignees, transport and logistics companies. At the same time, organizations can be located in different regions, so often they prefer to exchange scanned documents by email and sign them using a facsimile. Such copies are not legally significant, papers are lost and spoiled on the way.

The transition to electronic waybills allows transport companies and shippers to speed up the flow of funds, while ensuring the legal significance of the document flow. Shippers reduce the cost of printing, sending, processing and storing documents, and reduce the cost of searching for documents and submitting them to the Federal Tax Service.

At different stages, the electronic bill of lading is signed by the shipper, consignee, transport and logistics company and driver. Since the latter is most often on the road, the most convenient option for working with documents is a mobile phone. In the presented version of Synerdocs, the driver signs waybills using a Viber chatbot or SMS.

Synerdocs 2.25

Synerdocs users create and send electronic shipping slips in the interfaces of the systems they use. This was made possible by the updated integration solution with 1C and changes to the service API.

In the interface of 1C and other familiar systems, consignees and a transport and logistics company also work.

In the Synerdocs and 1C integration solution, the user signs the document in one click.

The exchange of electronic waybills in the spring of 2018 was successfully tested by the 3-PL operator FM Logistic and the online cargo transportation service GroozGo. Since July, this feature has been available to all Synerdocs users.

Organizing access to Synerdocs from the Croc Cloud

On July 10, 2018, it became known that the company Directum uses cloud CROC to ensure customer access to its SaaS product - the service. Synerdocs Learn more about the project. here

The cloud consumption scheme allows the customer to quickly increase capacity during peak loads on EDM and optimize up to 30% of the cost of its own fleet of equipment.

Release version 2.23

Synerdocs 2.23 has a delegation feature and more supported configurations. 1C Now any user can form a package of documents for the counterparty, and not just the manager, who often lacks time for this, the company said Directum in February 2018.

The executor registered in the service, in the "To be sent" section, creates a message where he puts the necessary list of documents and sends it to the authorized person for signature. The manager or the chief accountant is left to check the contents of the prepared package, sign and send to the counterparty.

The integration solution Synerdocs and 1C includes two more configurations: ERP Enterprise Management (version 2.4.1), Integrated Automation (version 2.4.1).

Added the ability to massively delete links to 1C documents. Previously, in the case of re-sending, it was necessary to refuse for each message separately and spend a lot of time. The operation is now performed in one click.

After you remove the link to the 1C document, you can re-register all incoming items. There is a similar button for outgoing traffic. You can remove the link to the 1C document and resend it to the counterparty.[1]

Directum announced in October 2012 the release of Synerdocs, a service for the exchange of legally significant electronic documents between companies.

But until now, email or electronic bidding remains the main means for transferring documents between companies. The emergence of a new law on electronic signature and the approval of electronic invoice formats allowed DIRECTUM to develop and offer the market a new service for the exchange of legally significant documents - Synerdocs.

Synerdocs service is:

  • timely and guaranteed delivery of electronic documents without loss;
  • instant sending of any types of documents after internal approval and signing;
  • Reduce paper costs (printing, storage, mail)
  • independence from mail and couriers;
  • the ability to work through the usual interface of the corporate information system.

"An electronic legally significant document is the same document that has an electronic form and has all its advantages. The Synerdocs service is another important step in the transition to the widespread use of electronic documents and the rejection of paper, - said Synerdocs business analyst Ivan Agapov. - When developing Synerdocs, we used our experience in document automation and knowledge of customer needs.
