Why the "cloud" "Technoserv" can be considered full-fledged

As of 2016, there is no established terminology in the field of cloud computing in Russia. Even the term "cloud computing" itself has not yet fully entrenched. What to mean by resource pooling? Cloud provider resources must be collected into a common pool, part of the resources from the common pool can be issued under a specific customer. What to mean by rapid elasticity? Perhaps this is the most important characteristic of a cloud product. The resources provided to the customer should be able to elastically build up or shrink. For some products, such as backup or object storage, automatic shrinkage or extension must be available. It is this option that gives the customer the opportunity to really consume and, as a result, pay for the amount of resources that he needs at the moment.

What to mean by measured service? In many ways, this point is related to the previous one. The consumption of elastic resources must be measured.
