Functionality

The "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program is a powerful tool for complex automation of payroll and conducting personnel records in the organizations financed by means of budgets of all levels in the following directions:

  • payroll with support of new wage systems of employees of federal budgetary institutions,
  • calculation of a monetary allowance of the military personnel and the persons equated to them,
  • calculation of monetary pay of employees on the public civil service,
  • calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation,
  • reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in expenses of organization,
  • management of monetary settlings with workers, including deposition,
  • registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure,
  • automation of personnel office-work,

New in version 1.0.25 of program 1C: Salary and budget institution staff:

  • Data preparation of the personified accounting: In a workplace "Data preparation for RPF" commenting of an algorithm of calculation of contributions in a window of comments both for the documents SZV-6-1(2) in general, and for the certain insured persons of these documents is implemented. When filling the addresses for informing in documents of persoifitsirovanny accounting in the absence of such address in these insured persons the address of the actual residence is used if the last is not specified – the address on registration.
  • Military accounting: Form No. 6 according to the changes made by the Resolution of the Interdepartmental commission on questions of armoring of the citizens staying in a stock of December 30, 2010 No. 505 chipboard, in the Instruction for armoring for mobilization and on wartime of the citizens of the Russian Federation staying in a stock of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the federal executive authorities having a stock, and working in public authorities, local government authorities and the organizations, approved as the Resolution of the Interdepartmental commission on questions of armoring of the citizens staying in a stock of December 22, 1999 No. 144 is updated.
  • Benefits on social insurance: Requests of the insurer in the Social Insurance Fund and RPF, stipulated in Item 4 Parts 1 of Article 4.1 and Part 7.2 of Article 13 of the Federal law of 12/29/2006 No. 255-FZ are implemented.

  • Forms on work. According to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of December 15, 2010 No. 173n settlement and payment sheets are included in the configuration there are T-51 and T-53 forms.
  • Financial accounting. The new setup of the program which is responsible for reflection of income in a natural form in financial accounting is entered. With its help it is possible to specify whether will be reflected in financial accounting of transaction of charge of income in a natural form.
  • Pilot project of the Social Insurance Fund. For the insurers of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and the Nizhny Novgorod Region participating in a pilot project of the Social Insurance Fund according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 21, 2011 No. 294 following features are implemented:
    • receiving a printed form of the Statement for the allowance payment approved by the Order of the Social Insurance Fund of June 17, 2011 No. 195 by all types of benefits;
    • receiving a printed form of the Inventory of statements and documents approved by the Order of the Social Insurance Fund of June 17, 2011 No. 195 by all types of benefits;
    • formation of registers of data for temporary disability benefits, on pregnancy and childbirth, at the birth of the child and a monthly allowance on child care in the forms approved by the Order of the Social Insurance Fund of June 17, 2011 No. 196;
    • formation "The register of the data necessary for appointment and allowance payment on temporary disability, on pregnancy and childbirth" in electronic form according to version 1.2 format published on the website of the Nizhny Novgorod regional department of the Social Insurance Fund.
