The Agora platform allows partners to create the systems of Internet distribution, there are developed data exchange gateways between the platform and ERP- systems: 1C, SAP. The systems of Internet distribution implement wholesale companies with the purpose to optimize interaction with dealers, in particular with Online stores.

Agora allows clients of a wholesale company independently, via the website:

  • Reserve goods in warehouses and in deliveries, under future orders
  • Create requests for production of goods
  • To create and manage independently the order (change of structure of the order, assembly, shipment, delivery)
  • Select a payment method and make payment of orders
  • Monitor changes of stock balance in real time in format 24ch/7dn;
  • Control monetary balance, cash receipt, settlement;
  • Create all primary documentation (accounts, delivery notes, etc.)
  • Get access on one click to all information on goods (photos, video, the description, characteristics, etc.) provided by the supplier

The platform is written for PHP.

AGORA has the multistage protection constructed on multifactor authentication of the client and the electronic signature using the means certified by FSB of Russia. Data centers of AGORA conform to international standards of the TIER III level and requirements to security of banks, payment systems and the enterprises of e-commerce PCI DSS.

Agora Optima

The CentroBit company announced in August, 2012 entry into the market of the new product Agora Optima – the ready-made solution for creation of the systems of Internet distribution. The software product will allow wholesale companies to automate process of work with customers as much as possible.

Wholesale companies will have an opportunity to considerably lower the costs connected with customer service. Thanks to the system solution of Agora Optima dealers will be able independently to check existence of goods in a warehouse, to make out orders, to obtain financial information, to create primary documentation (accounts, delivery notes), to export descriptions of the provided goods on the websites. Using this software any wholesale company will be able to automate a part of routine work and to reduce own maintenance expenses of clients.

Agora Optima represents the ready-made solution with the functionality necessary for the medium-sized and small trading companies presented at the domestic e-commerce market. The gateway Agora Optima is installed in a 1C system. It excludes difficulties with integration of the software product into the available ERP.

On the website of a wholesale company there will be a personal account for each partner whose functionality will replace a role of the personal manager. "We develop the only thing in the Russian market the ready-made solution of a system of Internet distribution. It is enough to select necessary functionality and you automate work with dealers. The user-friendly interface will allow clients of a wholesale company to begin work in a system right after its start", - the CEO of Centrobit company Trofimov Konstantin told.

The possibility of completion of a system under business processes of the specific company will be provided in a product – the modules developed by Centrobit will allow to choose an optimal configuration for each client.

Agora Optima will provide to Internet distribution process almost full automation of operational work on consultation of clients, to support of orders, returns of goods and other transactions.

The Agora system will allow to open to wholesale companies the new sales channel and also to purchase new clients on behalf of small online stores and dealers. Earlier this circle of partners was not attractive as costs for their service were too high. With Agora Optima such clients will be able independently to execute a number of key transactions, without loading managers of the wholesaler.
