On February 11, 2019 the AlphaInsurance company reported that in 2018 7.85 million clients purchased policies AlphaInsurance in the online channel (on the website of the company, through mobile application and through partners) that made 65.1% of their total quantity in 2017 (12.05 million).

According to the company, clients can purchase all range of products online: EOSAGO, economical products on a comprehensive insurance, accident policies, including the product "Children and Sport", insurance going abroad, passengers insurance, products of voluntary medical insurance, including protection against oncological diseases and a sting of a tick, proprietary insurance, responsibility to neighbors, special programs for tourists, travelers abroad and across Russia. At the same time policies EOSAGO purchased 2.83 million clients (36%), policies of VZR – 0.43 million (5.5%), an insurance from accident – 0.2 million clients (2.5%).

On October 23, 2015 the AlphaInsurance company announced release of software AlphaInsurance of Mobile for the clients[1].

The AlphaInsurance of Mobile gives the chance to pass a full stroke of settlement on a comprehensive insurance and the policy of assurance of passengers without visit of office of the company. The user can send the statement with the description of damages, pictures from the place of accident and photos of references directly through mobile application.
