On March 1, 2017 the AspenTech company submitted the software of Aspen Fidelis Reliability. It enters a packet of aspenONE Asset Performance Management (APM).

The software of Aspen Fidelis Reliability represents the instrument of discrete situational modeling of an event using a method of simulation of Monte Carlo for modeling of possible future performance indicators of the complex large-scale systems of production facilities. Aspen Fidelis Reliability costs among software tools for stochastic and dynamic modeling and is capable to cope with any level of complexity of data that excludes the uncontrollable assumptions leading to decrease in accuracy of results. These difficult data, as a rule, are an integral part of a system, and is modelled using Aspen Fidelis Reliability. At the same time the results promoting decision making, leading to increase in profitability turn out.

Aspen Fidelis Reliability is reliability modeling tool which allows own industrial farms and the companies contractors to receive the most probable results including design, production capacity, operation, service maintenance, logistics and dynamics of the markets, to calculate financial impact on any production asset, the enterprise in general or its parts.

The software is developed for:

  • understanding of technology processes and level of impact of possible interruptions on all production process and the profit of the company.
  • fast and sure justification of a logical model and results, c use of a flexible and open technology platform.

We expect to see development of fast conceptual design in the oil and gas industry in 2017. The companies specializing in exploring extraction and production aim to get access to advanced technologies and templates for design and also to compare and mix examples of best practices and to use the most effective solutions for reduction of time required to start commercial production of oil, and decrease in the total capital costs and risks on production facilities.
