2020: Submission of the solution on virtualization of a working space

On March 30, 2020 the Borlas group provided the product on virtualization of a working space meeting the modern requirements of business and helping to organize remote work both for large enterprises, and for the small organizations.

Undoubted plus of such solution in the current specific conditions – start and deployment which are performed in 2-3 days, without affecting work of the systems of the customer.

Besides, the program has the idle time and the intuitive interface which is not requiring long personnel training.

At the heart of approach - a number of products of an ecosystem of Atlassian: Jira, Confluence, Trello and many other things.

These tools already successfully proved in the world market and are used in the companies of a different profile and scale – from industrial giants and television stations, to furniture assemblers and repair crews.

After registration of an account in the program the employee gets access to the system desktop displaying the list of the created tasks with indication of term and priority of accomplishment. Tasks can be put both by the head, and the contractor.

Task management is complemented with the uniform organized space for joint work in MS Office allowing to use in the project these documents, to publish them and to edit without intermediate preserving to itself on a disk. In a system there are all document revisions.

Participants can publish comments with notifications in a work progress by mail. Hierarchical comments help to structure discussion and to reduce dialog thread loss cases in mail at simultaneous answers of several people. Mobile applications for smartphones and tablets also give the chance to quickly perform work from any point.

The functionality of a system allows to create summary articles directories. For example, at registration of the minutes of meetings, their register can automatically form. Each such document can be connected with tasks, to filter and control execution by a convenient method.

During the course of performance works the contractor updates the status of each task. The notification on updating of the status comes to the head.

On each point of task performance the worker regularly receives an automatic reminder. The relevant analytics is always available and helps to have pins and needles in tasks in a zone of risk of failure of term or an overexpenditure of labor costs. A system allows to trace quickly statistics of execution, terms and quality of the performed works and also to analyze loading of personnel and to plan his further employment.
