Klass365 is an online system for business management. Includes the following modules: The Customer Relationship Management System, the Trade and Inventory control, Integration with online stores, Finance, Employees, the Calendar and Tasks. Klass365 allows to work with e-mail and to send the SMS. The main users of Klass365 system are the enterprises of small and medium business.

"We offer service which provides automation of all main business processes in the small companies. It is first of all sales process and customer relations and, of course, intra-corporate management. At the same time Class 365 has simple and the intuitive interface in difference from the majority of the solutions proposed in the market with similar functionality", - the Development director of Klass company Preobrazhensky Alexander says.

Klass365 system is provided according to the SaaS model (the software as service). Development of Klass365 Internet service began in 2011. The first release of the program took place in August, 2012. New releases of Klass365 system are issued monthly.

Initially the Klass365 service was developed with the purpose to close all basic requirements of operational accounting of the enterprises in the field of trade and services. It is the automation system of trade and a warehouse and also a full-fledged CRM system with the developed communication opportunities (an IP telephony, mail, the SMS). Service is integrated more than with 20 platforms of online stores and allows to process orders in the automatic mode and to synchronize goods. The full-function automated workplace of the cashier allowing to automate both separate shops with several cash desks and networks is a part of "Klass365".

The Klass365 service is intended for the enterprises of small and medium business interested in automation of the business processes, but not ready to overpay for expensive shrink-wrapped software product and to spend resources for difficult implementation. "Klass365" proposes to such companies the inexpensive solution which is not requiring setup ready to work right now. "Klass365" is a significant growth of efficiency due to use of modern tools of the organization of purchases and sales, the developed control systems and analytics; safety and data security, protection against unauthorized access; ready IT infrastructure for reasonable business.

2018

The feature to automatically change permission of the loaded images is added

On October 19, 2018 the Klass IT company stated that when loading in Business.Py of images of goods or services an opportunity automatically appeared to change permission of the loaded images. At inclusion in the system of this option, permission of images will change at the time of loading of images in a system. This option is intended for change of image resolution only downwards. The added feature saves the user from need to independently change permission of images that at a large number of source images significantly saves working time of the user. Also present possibility allows to reduce network traffic at synchronization with any online store and to save space for storage of files in Business.Py.

In a system there was a setup allowing to set permission for the loaded images. Setup limits the maximum length of the greater side of the image, at the same time length of the lower side changes in proportion. For example, if the source image had sizes 1920x1080px, then having set setup 800px, the image by size 800x450px will be loaded into a system. In this example the coefficient for change of length of the lower side of the source image is defined as 1920rkh/800rkh =2.4, so length of the lower side of the changed image will be equal 1080rkh/2.4=450rkh.

For inclusion of an option it is necessary to pass into the section "Administrirovaniyeakkaunt and a tarifynastroyka of the account", in the Goods and Prices group to select the option "When Loading the Image of Goods to Change Permission on", to select one of available lengths of the parties for the image. Values 480px, 800rkh, 960rkh, 1024rkh, 1280rkh, 1400rkh, 1600rkh, 1920rkh are available to the choice. Indicated value of permission sets the maximum length of the greater side of the loaded image. If the maximum length of one and the parties of the image of less specified value, then the image is loaded in original permission.

Are added the vebkhuki for creation of integration about Business.Py

The Klass IT company announced on October 12, 2018 that in the Business.Py system are implemented by the vebkhuki – the tool for creation of integration with Business.Ru. When using vebkhuk it is not necessary to send constantly requests to API "Business.Ru", scanning data of the account regarding changes and creating additional Internet traffic. In case of change of data of the account, Business.Ru will independently announce these changes to the integrated application or service. For example, it is possible to receive messages about creation of orders of buyers or change of documents of implementation.

Before integration were available only on the basis of requests to API "Business.Ru". Vebkhuki allow to build integration at a basis of processors of the requests from the account "Business.Py" sent at change of its data.

According to developers, vebkhuk represents a subscription to an event in the account "Business.Py". The event is understood as emergence of changes in some data model, to be exact – in the corresponding table of the database of the account. If it was created vebkhuk – a subscription to this event, then subscribed for the specified URL the POST request with information on the changes which happened in model will be sent.

Optimization of control of supplier orders

The Klass IT company announced on June 19, 2018 that in the Business.Py online system process of control of supplier orders is optimized. Fields were added to the table with supplier orders "Is paid" and "Arrived". "Is in the field paid" the paid amount by request is reflected, and in the field "Arrived" — the amount from the receipt documents tied to the supplier order.

One of options of work with the supplier within the placed order is the option of partial payment of the supplier order and a partial delivery of goods the supplier. Such option can be connected with lack of a part of the ordered goods at the supplier or with desire of the customer to receive the ordered goods in lots with a certain time frame. In both cases it is important to control execution of the order regarding completeness of payment and delivery, noted in the company.

Earlier in Business.Py it was possible to control supplier orders through the Payment Status and Status of Receipt fields that already was rather good instrument of control. Now, after adding of fields "Is paid" and "Arrived", became possible to control orders also regarding the amounts of payments and receipts.

Optimization of work with additional fields

The Klass IT company provided on April 13, 2018 April updating of the Business.Py online system. In upgraded version it became more convenient to work with additional fields, it is possible to transfer automatically contents of additional fields of the document to other documents created on the basis.

Additional fields can be used as a tag for documents. If absolutely different documents have an identical tag, then it is easy to find them on this tag. If documents untied with each other have an identical tag, then between them communication is formed. For example, it is possible to connect logically absolutely different Orders of the buyers living in one city. City is enough to appropriate to all orders an identical tag.

Such approach can be used during the work with the Transaction. In the Transaction and all documents which can be created from the Transaction it is possible, to create an additional field "A lead source".

For the correct work with a lead it is important to consider a lead source. The source of a lead defines how to work with a lead and allows to carry out efficiency analysis of the channel of promotion.

All documents created on the basis of the Transaction in the field "Lead Source" automatically will have the same value, as at the Transaction. For example, if at the Transaction "The lead source" is Incoming call, then the Implementation created on the basis of the Transaction, "A lead source" automatically will have Incoming call. Also it is possible to find easily all Implementations for clients who once came through phone call.

Similarly, it is possible to note all Transactions and Implementations for a lead source Mail.

Further it is possible to compare Implementations for sources Incoming call and Mail by quantity and total amount and to draw conclusions on efficiency of these channels.

The developer podchernut advantages of automatic transfer of meaning of an additional field from one document in another:

  • saves the user from excess work;
  • reduces operating time with the document;
  • allows to avoid errors at manual entry of data;
  • leads to increase in efficiency of the user.

Use of additional fields provides to the user the powerful and flexible tool for analytics, the developer noted.

For inclusion of function it is necessary to come in "Administration> Accounts and rates> Settings of the account" and to note "Transfer contents of the Additional field to the documents created on the basis". The name of a specific additional field in all documents which need to be connected should be completely identical.

The online service of Klass365 changes the name for Business.Py

The domain business.ru was provided by the Aktion-MTsFR media group which in June, 2015 was included into the Klass365 project. The name is designed to underline the main activities of the company and will allow to be positioned better on b2b the market.

At "Klass365" more than 1000 paid clients. Generally it is small business. In plans increase in number of paid klent up to 10 thousand and growth of a share of clients from medium business up to 15-20%.

"Transaction" allows to store an unlimited number of versions of commercial applications, accounts and specifications, to attach any kinds of files, including a photo and video, well and, of course, to consider expenses and profit.

E-mail client and service of SMS notifications

The Klass company integrated e-mail and SMS notifications into the online program for business management Class 365. Thanks to such integration small business had an opportunity to use all advantages of modern communications to successful customer interaction.
