2019: Information exchange with GAIS ERA-GLONASS

On November 25, 2019 the JSC GLONASS company reported that the agreement signature ceremony about cooperation between JSC GLONASS, the operator of GAIS "ERA-GLONASS" and DTOO by "Institute of the space equipment and technologies" (Kazakhstan), the operator of GAIS "EVAK" was held.

The agreement on information exchange was signed by the CEO of JSC GLONASS Igor Milashevsky and the director of child limited liability partnership "Institute of the Space Equipment and Technologies" Daulet Akhmedov.

Partnership will allow to provide the automated information exchange of the systems of the emergency reaction at road accident that will promote increase in security on roads at trips of the Russian citizens around the territory of Kazakhstan and citizens of Kazakhstan across the territory of the Russian Federation.

Under the terms of the agreement, the operator of GAIS "EVAK" provides acceptance and call processing, arriving in Kazakhstan from the ringing circuits of the emergency operational services (RCEOS) with a SIM profile of a communication network of the operator of GAIS "ERA-GLONASS, and the operator of GAIS "ERA-GLONASS" provides acceptance and call processing, arriving in Russia with UVEOS with a sim-profile of a communication network of the operator of GAIS "EVAK". The automated information exchange is performed using the selected secure channels of communication.

JSC GLONASS intends to sign further similar agreements with all member countries of the Customs union where infrastructure of a system of a call of emergency services at accidents and other incidents on roads for formation of a unified environment of transport security will be unrolled.
