Technology for Moscow is an everyday tool for solving urban problems and improving the quality of life in the city. Every year, the capital implements more than 300 digital projects: from individual services to large-scale platform solutions and the development of IT infrastructure. Together with the ICT.Moscow portal, we selected about 70 of the most significant and famous Moscow IT projects, which we collected on a separate industry showcase. For convenience, all projects have international and Russian performance indicators and other indicators of smart solutions, - said Eduard Lysenko, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of Information Technologies.

The section contains up-to-date information on Moscow innovative projects in the field of smart cities, which were developed and implemented by the Moscow government. Among them: the official portal of the Moscow government mos.ru, city mobile applications, digital services in healthcare, the Moscow Electronic School (MES), the Digital Twin of the city of Moscow, the Active Citizen project, the Supplier Portal and others.

Each project card contains their detailed descriptions, key performance indicators, and indicators of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs are a set of goals for future international cooperation that should ensure the openness, safety, resilience and environmental sustainability of cities and human settlements by 2030. For easy navigation, all projects are divided into the following categories: industry solutions, digital ecosystem, technologies, infrastructure.

In addition to the cards of the capital's smart projects, the section contains: the IT news feed of Moscow, as well as research, monitoring and reports on digital technologies, which mention the metropolis. In addition, users have access to a selection of more than 650 sets of open data on Moscow city infrastructure facilities and more than 30 datasets collected according to international ISO37120 and U4SSC standards. 2022: The attention of Russian media to digital technologies has noticeably decreased

the Russian Media attention to digital technologies dropped markedly at the end of the first - beginning of the second quarter, but began to recover in the summer. As a result, the number of mentions of tracked IT media brands was 12% less than in the last half of the year, although year-on-year the figure increased slightly - by 1%. This conclusion was made by ICT.Moscow based on the results of an analysis of IT media brands for the first half of 2022. The most mentioned technologies and technological directions during this period were:, drones artificial intelligence (),,, AI and blockchain virtual (/), augmented reality VRAR as well as 5G metaverse. One of the central topics on the IT agenda has become. import substitution

Attention to most of the monitored technologies and technological directions began to recover in the summer. Compared to the previous half of the year, the number of mentions of tracked IT media brands decreased by almost 12%, but compared to the first half of 2021, the indicator became higher by 1%.

Top 5 technologies and technological directions according to references in Russian-language media and dynamics in numbers in the first half of 2022 compared to the second half of 2021 (thousand).

One of the key topics of the first half of 2022 was import substitution, in connection with which a new situational monitoring was launched, caused by the current agenda. Previously, ICT.Moscow tracked references to technology in the context of COVID-19.

Among technologies and technological directions in the context of import substitution, the most mentioned were: AI (by a wide margin, 5.6 thousand times in six months), cloud technologies and the Internet of things. Notable technotrecks were: software (software, software), electronics, information security. Most often, the media wrote about the software: a total of almost 16 thousand times in six months. Throughout the entire half year, media interest in the topic of information security ( IS) in the context of import substitution has steadily grown. During this time, there were two noticeable bursts of mentions of information security: in March and June.

AI and drones remained the most discussed technologies on the general agenda. Despite the fact that the mention of AI in March and May reached its lowest levels since January 2019 (12.4 thousand per month), in June an increase in the number of publications about AI began along with most other IT media brands. The main context for mentioning the technology was: various application practices, as well as standardization and educational aspect.

The mention of these technologies decreased throughout almost the entire half of the year, with the exception of June, when media interest in them began to return. VR is often mentioned in the context of specific industries: the technology was among the industry trends, for example, for agriculture, and its prospects for some other areas were questioned.

A large number of references to VR are related to the explanation of the principle of functioning of metauverses. The very concept of metaverses continues to be actively present in the media edition: on average, it was mentioned about 4 thousand times a month, and in February - the maximum number of times - 5.6 thousand. Notable projects in virtual reality, including domestic ones, are associated with this concept. Also, the media in February drew attention to plans to regulate it in Russia.

The number of references to 5G was peak in January 2022 (8.8 thousand) - for the first time since October 2021, but then it began to decline.
