The platform of interaction of citizens and the authorities of iGrajdanin.ru is an independent and free tool for improvement of the urban environment and rural territories. Using the platform residents of all settlements of Russia can contact in a form, convenient for themselves to city services, departments of municipalities and supervisory authorities, reporting to the authorities the problems concerning them and requiring their solution.

2020: Adding of category "Business Which Was Injured in the period of COVID-19 Pandemic"

On April 8, 2020 the Konventum Centre company of support of citizens' initiatives (earlier Club the Market) reported that the category of problems – "The business which was injured in the period of COVID-19 pandemic" is added to cartographic service of the All-Russian multisersvisny platform of civil activity iGrajdanin.ru.

Through the platform of interaction of citizens and the authorities of iGrajdanin.ru it is possible to announce the authorities the violations in implementation of measures of support of small and medium business set by the President and the Government of the Russian Federation for a pandemic.

All official and correctly issued addresses on forward channel of communication are sent for consideration in responsible federal and regional executive authorities and also in regulatory authorities.

ANO Center Konventum, operator of the iGrajdanin.ru platform, is going to expand categories of problems according to the changing situation.

To announce a problem, be registered on the website iGrajdanin.ru, open a form of placement of a problem, specify the address and category of a problem, describe a situation, if necessary attach photo or video proofs, make a problem official, having specified the contact information.

The concept of the Platform assumes an equal opportunity for each inhabitant from any locality across all territory of Russia regardless of its location and the size to take part in different citizens' initiatives and projects.

Digits for April, 2020:

• 60,000+ registered users (socially active citizens).
• 850+ of localities across all Russia in which the platform works.
• 28,000+ quantity of the problems placed by users of service, the All-Russian platform of interaction of citizens and the authorities of iGrajdanin.ru.
• 70% conversion of the placed problems in solved.

2019

Creation of the information system "Public Inspectors of Russia"

On February 11, 2019 announced ANO Center of Support of Citizens Initiatives Konventum creation within development of opportunities of the iGrajdanin.ru Platform of the information system "Public Inspectors of Russia". According to the developer, the created IT tool is designed to become the All-Russian databank containing the information about the active citizens participating in actions of public control or ready to become public inspectors. The decentralized platform

For February, 2019 iGrajdanin.ru is the decentralized platform of the organization and process management of effective communication of citizens and the authorities scaled in the territory of all Russia.

2017

Connection to Sputnik

According to the Decree of the Russian President of 4/17/2017 No. 171 "About monitoring and the analysis of results of consideration of citizens' appeals and the organizations" the iGrajdanin.ru platform is connected to the counter of addresses Sputnik.

Grant of the Russian President

In 2017 thanks to a grant of the President of the Russian Federation on development of the civil society provided by Fund of presidential grants active promotion of the iGrajdanin.ru platform in the small cities of Russia is begun.

2015: Development of the platform

In 2015 the technical component of the project was headed by Denis Korbakov, operational management and communications — Irina Penkova.

Thanks to well scalable model of the project and existence of a request from active citizens through the whole country, the iGrajdanin.ru platform gained fast development and for short term grew from the local project to federal level.

2012: Creation of the platform

The iGrajdanin.ru platform was created in May, 2012 by group of active residents of the city of Kolomna situated near Moscow, each of which made the contribution to development of the project. Entrepreneurs Andrey Davidovich and Karen Ter-Oganov were responsible for strategic management and marketing, Anton Smirnov and Andrey Lezhnin — for product development and web interfaces.
