New Year's release of KliChat

On December 23, 2016 the Desprice company announced release of updating for the KliChat messenger.

In the upgraded version, sending messages it is possible to add the animated snowballs and congratulations.

KliChat is provided by the candidate for state messengers

On September 7, 2016 the Desprice company announced application for participation in creation of the state messenger.

KliChat is the messenger on which platform implementation of solutions for state institutions is offered. The startup suggested to hold testing of solutions for the address of the population for information in organizations of Russian Post and Service of court ushers on the platform of the messenger.

For start of these services through KliChat completions are not required. It is enough to state institutions to be connected to the messenger and to begin to test it.

The idea which we realized for business can be easily postponed also for state structures. Technical condition of our application allows to implement such cases already now and rather quickly. Certainly, we are ready to participation in creation of the state messenger regarding interaction of state institutions with the population and we have all competences necessary for this purpose. For closing of needs for the corporate messenger for officials we need to do additional developments taking into account state standards of a program code of a product. The company announced confirmation from IRI of obtaining the request and adding of the product KliChat in the participant list at the end of August, 2016.

The Desprice company prepared and supports two editions KliChat: for the user and business.

Business version supports bulk mailing of messages, communication through a bot, a form of record and the order - for a design of requests of clients, with the offer of options of autocompletion. Also to be supported the loyalty program.

The developer company positions a product as the full-fledged mobile channel of customer interaction.

For business users the web console is available to request processing of users, it works on the PC, tablets and smartphones. There are additional settings of a program bot by specialists of KliChat. It is available integration with the client's software by means of API KliChat.

The beta of the KliChat messenger is officially started in July, 2016. Using the application users can communicate with each other and order goods and services from the companies. On the basis of the first responses developers improved the interface and suggest users to make updating for version assessment.
