Product "Logic: Archive" (before the Logician of ECM. The electronic archive) is intended for the organization of storage and convenient use of electronic documents according to internal requirements of the companies and requirements of the legislation for archive storage.

The solution is implemented on proprietary and free software (based on ECM platforms IBM and Alfresco): each customer using a command Business Logic can select option, optimal for himself.

A system is intended for averages and the large commercial organizations, state bodies, including with branched territorial structure. As the main premises for system implementation serves creation of the uniform center for storage and management of documents of the organization.

2019: Integration into "MyOffice"

2018: "Logic: Archive". Description

According to developers, in geographically distributed structure system implementation "Logic: The archive" will allow to receive the consolidated storage of documents with a possibility of the centralized access.

As of October, 2018 implementation of electronic archive of documents "Logic: The archive" provides:

  • The organization of uniform information and documentary space by creation of uniform storage of electronic documents, electronic copies of paper documents and index information on documents;
  • Performance improvement of work of employees of the organization during the work with documents for the account: use of the unified approach in management of them regardless of a type of the carrier (electronic or paper); reengineering of the dokumento-focused business processes; automation of basic processes of conducting archiving;
  • Control of storage lives of electronic and paper documents;
  • Search and providing access to electronic and paper documents;
  • Creation of electronic fund of use on documents on paper carriers;
  • Increase in level of information security due to differentiation of the information access layers and protection against unauthorized access according to the role model corresponding to job responsibilities of employees;
  • "Transparency" of documentary and archive funds of the organization due to use of instruments of classification and systematization of electronic resources and also formation of analytical and reporting materials;
  • Increase in efficiency of use of office spaces and disk spaces of the server systems for document storage;
  • Formation of analytical and reporting materials on documentary and archive funds.

Methodology of implementation projects of archive

"Logic: Archive" — a drawing product that allows to implement and customize a system in the shortest possible time. The methodology of an implementation project includes the next stages:

  • Stage 1. Primary analysis of requirements, preparation of TKP and conceptual architecture.
  • Stage 2. Project startup. Analytical and technology inspection.
  • Stage 3. Generalization of results of an analytical stage. Adaptation of the project documentation.
  • Stage 4. Engineering design. Design and approval of the customer of structure of electronic storage and structure of document classes for service by it.
  • Stage 5. Commissioning. Commissioning (installation, configuring of program components of replicated solution, structure of storage and document classes). Training of personnel of the customer. Carrying out preliminary tests, trial operation. Conducting acceptance tests.
  • Stage 6. Maintenance. Rendering services according to warranty obligations.

2015: Release of release of the version of electronic archive 1.5

On June 17, 2015 the Business Logic company announced release of release of the version of electronic archive "Logic of EA" 1.5 on the IBM FileNet platform.

Main innovations of the version:

  • creation of a management subsystem reports
  • implementation of functionality on work with the electronic signature (ES).


Management subsystem reports

The subsystem of creation of reports executes:

  • collecting, storage and data preparation for representation in reports;
  • formation of templates and report forms;
  • data view in reports.

As input data of a subsystem serve the different indicators and information on events received from a management subsystem by business processes, subsystems of storage and management of documents.

Result of work of a subsystem - the statistic reports according to collected data issued in a tabular, graphic style or in the form of strict forms. Reports can be submitted in an online form as periodic reports or in the form of unloading of data.


Work with the electronic signature

Transition to paperless document flow is impossible without electronic signature. As it, according to the text 63-FZ, serves information electronically which is attached to other information electronically (the signed information) or is otherwise connected with it and which is used for determination of the person signing information.

The feature of the appeared version of a system is that when using the EDS the object model of the IBM FileNet platform does not change. After loading and inclusion of a plug-in the functionality for the EDS appears at once. It is possible to sign any content of any class IBM FileNet according to the Russian legislation. The plug-in of the EDS can be used as together with the solution "Logic of EA", and separately with any version of the IBM FileNet platform.

"The new version of electronic archive represents a new stage in development of additional functionality over this vendor platform and the next stage of expansion of a product family of Logician of ECMAlexey Kislitsyn, the director of consulting and development of Business Logic noted. — Other our developments over the IBM FileNet platform (and their more than 200!) are already used by the leading Russian organizations, emergence of functionality of the EDS and other additions will allow them to work more effectively with documents, to reduce terms of their approval and to increase a share of exclusively electronic corporate document management".

2013: "Logic of ECM. Electronic archive". Description

Storage of electronic images and management of storage of paper documents — the problem of the high level requiring broad functionality. And though storage functions of electronic documents are even more often built in EDMS, effective solution of such tasks requires specialized software.

Solution "Logic of ECM. Electronic archive" it is intended for the organization of reliable storage and convenient use of electronic documents according to internal requirements of the companies and requirements of the legislation for archive storage. Archive storage means use of the corresponding set of the technologies and production processes providing all lifecycle of the electronic document — from examination of its value before destruction.

Architecture

A system is developed on the IBM FileNet platform that guarantees its high performance, reliability and flexibility.

The platform allows to integrate effectively processes and content, to manage worker threads between users and systems, significantly reducing duration of operation cycles of electronic documents.
