At the beginning of 2017 Transtelecom completed transfer process of all international trunk traffic on Long Haul DWDM network. Network of Transtelecom [1] provides safe transfer of traffic on thousands of kilometers with small quantity of points [2] and minimum signal delay. The company already occupies about 20% of the world market of data transmission between China and Europe that makes a half of the market of transit of traffic through the territory of Russia.

Long Haul DWDM is a network of Transtelecom of transnational scale 20000 km long and capacity with a capacity up to 80 optical links 100G everyone. The technology provides multiple increase in volume of the transferred traffic on one spectral channel.

The project on construction based on trunk infrastructure of a TTK of a transport network on Long Haul DWDM technology is implemented on the equipment of world leading manufacturers. Modern telecommunication equipment allowed to create the longest section of bezregeneratorny transfer in the world in land communication networks – more than 4000 km. It is length of a reserve route from St. Petersburg to Omsk.

The scheme of creation of network of Transtelecom is optimal on reliability and transmission rate of traffic. Reserve switching of channels in case of force majeure on network is provided less than for 50 milliseconds.

In the future within development of Transtelecom Long Haul DWDM network is going to increase quantity of points of input-output of traffic that will increase availability of network not only to foreign clients, but also to in-Russian.
