2017: Boxed MVNE for start of MVNO

On June 16, 2017 the MTT company presented the shrink-wrapped software product for start of MVNO developed on the basis of own MVNE platform.

According to the statement of the company, MVNE MTT allows any client in a short time and without the capital investments to create own virtual mobile operator at the expense of the hardware and program infrastructure created by MTT in 2016.

"We developed the most 'transparent' shrink-wrapped software product of MVNE available to quick and easy start of MVNO to those clients which have no own telecom competences. Its difference — and in general, all philosophy of in what MTT is engaged in respect of MVNE - it is readiness to work for any volume of business, on made different and new business models of digitalization which our clients have and which are ready to check the conceptual ideas" — the director of a business unit Interoperator interaction of MTT Andrey Azhigirov told.

The provided shrink-wrapped software product, according to developers, is aimed at those clients for whom adaptive and clear start of MVNO is necessary. It includes the simple universal agreement on all services within creation of the virtual operator, an informational portal for management of subscribers of services and a ready algorithm of interaction with regulating authorities.

"The fact that we are neutral and we provide to the market the independent MVNE platform, having become, in fact, an incubator for MVNO projects, is advantage to partners of MTT" — Andrey Azhigirov considers.

In general the virtual operator started using MVNE MTT creates new opportunities for any business - it is additional services and income, independence of infrastructure of the basic operator, development of own mobile products of the client and use of a radio covering of several networks, emphasized in the company.

2016: Start of the MVNE platform

On September 6, 2016 the MTT company announced start of the platform for support of business of MVNO operators - MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler). Along with it the node of mobile data transmission of communication in Moscow is put into operation.

Action of MTT, (2014)

The platform is intended for the companies which are wishing to start own mobile operator, but not having necessary infrastructure and competences. On the MVNE platform the potential MVNO operator will receive a full range of solutions of billing, tariffing and back office.

Own node of mobile data transmission – an indispensable component of infrastructure of large mobile operator and an important element of the platform of providing MVNO operators.

The works on creation of a complex are completed at the end of July, 2016.

MTT declared determination for rendering services for clients. The LTE Ready complex – is ready to use in networks of standard 4G.

Now each company which is going to create the MVNO can make it in short terms and at low costs, due to use of unique competences and the developed technology platform of MTT. We already conduct negotiations with potential customers. I will separately note that our MVNE is ready for providing 4G-services, in that case if our clients want to implement functionality of "smart" traffic management and billing in network of fourth generation.
