2019: Integration of Virtual PBX of Rostelecom

On August 6, 2019 Rostelecom reported that together with the developer of cloud services Megaplan signed the agreement on cooperation in the field of solutions for corporate clients. The companies intend to integrate Virtual PBX of Rostelecom into the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management is customer relationship management) Megaplan. Read more here.

2016: Upgrade of submission of the reporting

In 2016 clients of Megaplan company became: Crocus group, MGIMO, SPbSU, JSC ND Bank, network of quests Claustrophobia, network of sports clubs Fitness House, Verny retail network, "Federal Scientific Clinical Center of Physical and Chemical Medicine" Roszdrava and others.

In 2016 the company began to carry out redesign of CRM "Megaplan".

Besides, in 2016 CRM "Megaplan" turned into the complex platform where the different services and applications for data exchange with other systems increasing its efficiency and convenience to users can be added. An opportunity to create such applications appeared both at third-party developers, and at users of a system. Data from Megaplan can be integrated with other systems of customers performing, for example, access control at the enterprise, accounting calculations and postings, accounting of warehouse stocks, management of the prices and efficiency evaluation of different sales channels and also with mail services, uniform base of contacts, digital telephone exchange, etc. Opening of the CRM system for integration into third-party applications will give the chance to users to adjust permanent synchronization of data of Megaplan with other information systems and also to use data of these systems in Megaplan.

On February 15, 2016 the Megaplan company announced upgrade of the module of reports of a system: these systems can be transformed to color diagrams and charts now[1].

In the upgraded module Reports the filter of data and the toolbar is changed, four browse modes are added. As a part of the version 10 reports which will show how many tasks in work at each department how many transactions are closed, total revenue last month are by default included.

Reports can be copied, printed, transferred to the MS Excel or to delete directly from the list - they are selected in in bold.

In a system the testing tool appeared, it will help to check the employees for knowledge of a system and to increase efficiency. Tests are separated into 2 groups: Joint work and CRM: Clients and sales. In each group — three levels of complexity. The test consists of 15-20 questions, each of which contains 4 answer options and only one of them correct. 2013: Oktell was integrated into Megaplan

The business application Megaplan integrates Oktell as the module for commission of voice calls. Integration of Megaplan with Oktell will allow users to make internal and external calls directly in the software client. In a profile of each user (the client, the partner or the colleague) the Call button appears. By its clicking there is an automatic connection with the subscriber. At an incoming call number to be automatically determined, in a pop-up window all information on calling appears. If the contact took place for the first time, the window for creation of the new card opens. All talk can register with preserving on own server. The headset or the built-in microphone is necessary for implementation of calls.

For June, 2012 more than 12,000 companies with the total state strongly for hundred thousand people who created more than two million tasks in a system use Megaplan.
