2016: Project information

In September, 2016 Microsoft announced development of artificial intelligence which as calculate in the company, will help doctors to find the correct methods of treatment of oncological diseases. This research project received the name Hanover.

In the world there is a huge number of researches of cancer, it is not even possible to one doctor to examine all works. But  computers can read quickly  and also quickly analyze huge arrays of information thanks to what they will be able to work on  a situation, being guided by  specific cases of diseases. In it there is also Hanover essence. Microsoft wants to integrate in one computer system world knowledge in biology, mathematics and  information science.

Spheres of biology and calculations  at first sight seem far  from each other as swept also  cheese  —  Chris Bishop says the Microsoft research group in the Cambridge laboratory. —  But  difficult processes which happen in  cages have some similarity to  what occurs in  the standard desktop computer.

Microsoft set the task of creation of construction from DNA which is capable "live" in cages and monitor failures at the cellular level. In case of signs of a mutation which turns a healthy cell into cancer these small biocomputers initiate the process of "reset" returning a cage in an initial status.

Microsoft considers that cancer should be perceived as a bug in a computer system, and cancer cells can be reprogrammed and returned in an initial healthy status.

Microsoft is going to create the human antivirus which is effectively struggling with cancer in 10 years. The company hopes that computers will think how people to study influence of different drugs and to program their influence on an organism.[1]
