 Personal IT (PIT) is the software package for automation of communications expanding basic opportunities  of Microsoft Skype for Business.

Personal IT is created to simplify communication of people as among themselves, and with information business systems.

2019: Integration into the speech recognition module 3i Speech Transcriptor

On January 25, 2019 company 3i Technologies announced signing with IT Prof company of the agreement on cooperation in the field of creation of voice intellectual services and chat-bots. Developers "IT Prof" got access to the voice platform and tools 3i Technologies.

The IT Prof command integrated the speech recognition module 3i Speech Transcriptor created 3i by Technologies into the omnikananalny platform of robotic communications Personal IT Vocamate interactive. The platform allows to increase quality of communications with clients and to reduce costs on contact centers.

As noted in Prof IT, 3i Speech Transcriptor will allow to train the platform in specialized lexicon. The solutions created based on speech platform 3i Technologies provide speech recognition accuracy higher than 90%, and on condition of narrow specialization and after-training the accuracy of recognition approaches 100%. Products and services 3i Technologies can be used as in the form of a cloud service, and to be developed on the customer's infrastructure.

2018: Modules

For February, 2018 Personal IT is provided by three software modules:

• Call Center Full-function omnichannel call center for management of the proceeding and entering communications as with normal telephony, and clients of Skype for Business. The specialized operator interface and the supervisor and also function of record and listening of calls in real time increase quality of work with clients, the CRM module allows to obtain data (including from external systems) about the subscriber and his addresses, work of the operator on scripts helps to fulfill qualitatively complex problems of the user, and the contextual knowledge base gives the chance to pass quickly to handbook data necessary to the user.

• Vocamate Interactive The voice robot for hands-off processing of the entering and outgoing phone calls and a chat and also the systems of voice selection in a warehouse (Pick-by-Voice). Supports the difficult logic of a talk which is easily configured by the system administrator through the graphics editor. Allows to carry out the synthetic analysis of a talk and to carry out after-training of robots for more natural interaction. It is easily integrated with external information systems for fast providing the context information. Uses the systems of synthesis and speech recognition of the leading vendors.

• Service Desk Allows to organize interaction between the user and the IT engineer, occasionally replacing the last, in the mode of the usual Skype-like interface to interact with complex systems of management of IT, for example, MS System Center Service Manager or HP Service Manager. The simple chat correspondence of the user with the IT engineer in the context of the specific request is convenient maintaining, allowing to specify the necessary information quickly. It is seamlessly integrated with other modules PIT, forming an effective complex of management of customer appeals.
