r_keeper Lite is the automation system of small business in a HoReCa segment: coffee shops, burgerny, institutions of the stritfud format and exit trade (fudtrak).

2021: Integration into the Evotor smart terminal

IT- the company "Evotor" reported on January 27, 2021 that together with the developer of digital solutions for restaurants FoodPlex integrated r_keeper Lite service with smart terminals. The synergy of two participants of an ecosystem Sbera will allow to automate business processes to the current clients of Evotor and to strengthen expansion of the companies in the restaurant market.

Public catering — one of key segments of business with which Evotor works. However still automation systems of business processes were unavailable to Evotor's clients to restaurant business. Evotor's cooperation and r_keeper offers prospects of increase in business performance for small and the microenterprises in a HoReCa segment.

The solution r_keeper Lite completely automates the main business processes in restaurant business: allows to refuse "manual" management of cash desk, the menu, orders and a warehouse. Also service helps to create automatically documents on implementation, to build reports on warehouse transactions, to estimate data on revenue, a margin and the got profit from different categories of dishes.

The r_keeper Lite service is suitable for automation of business of small cafes, bakeries, pizzerias on several tables. Small networks, for example, networks of coffeeshops, burgerny or fudtrak can also use this solution.

Maly and microbusiness in HoReCa still seldom uses technologies of automation. Meanwhile automation allows to increase profit and to lower costs that is especially relevant in the period of an unstable economic situation and a pandemic. By our estimates, system implementation of accounting helps to increase the profit of the enterprise to 30%. 2019: Ability to integrate r_keeper Lite with "1C: Accounting" and the Unified State Automated Information System

On October 9, 2019 the Foodplex company (enters an ecosystem of Sberbank) provided upgraded version of the r_keeper Lite system.

The program is installed on any device with operating system Android that allows to reduce costs for purchase of the new equipment, easily and quickly to install a system and to begin to work. The intuitive interface r_keeper Lite does not require special knowledge for cash work that allows to cut down expenses on personnel training in addition.

This version received the updated design of the interface of cash desk and also integration into "1C: Accounting" and the Unified State Automated Information System. Integration with 1C will allow cash desks to exchange financial data with accounting, and integration into the Unified State Automated Information System (USAIS) — to institutions of a stritfud and fast food to sell beer and other low alcohol drinks.

r_keeper Lite is the cornerstone the cloud solution allowing to control online work of an institution, to obtain operational analytical data and to manage personnel from any place in the world. If Internet connection on a point is unstable or was interrupted, work of restaurant will remain under program monitoring, and all data will be saved and transferred to a cloud when communication is reestablished.

According to Foodplex, automation with r_keeper Lite does not require big investments on start as the program extends on a monthly subscription. The experience of creation of system solutions for HoReCa industry which is made use when developing r_keeper Lite gives access to each user of the program to the technologies uniting solutions for the restaurateur taking into account all requirements of the legislation.

R-Keeper V7

Essentially new version of the R-Keeper V7 system is created on the basis of long-term experience of use of the previous versions, and has bigger flexibility, universality, security and expansibility.

R-Keeper V7 is intended for the enterprises of a power supply – from small cafes with one cash station to big multiplex restaurants.

R-Keeper V7 is ideal for entertainment centers of a full stroke of service of visitors. 2019: Software "Booth 2.0"

On December 19, 2019 it became known that the Foodplex company announced an exit of a software version "the Booth 2.0" for self-service terminals which give the chance to guests of restaurant independently to select dishes and to pay the order with the bank card.

Self-service terminals reduce institution costs for personnel, allow to optimize business processes, to increase service rate of guests and to raise an average bill in an institution.

The program is the efficient service allowing fast food to lower load of cash desk in rush hours and to provide high capacity of an institution. The software solution 'Booth 2.0' in the R-Keeper system is used together with technology of an electronic queue that allows to exclude completely contact with the cashier – the guest takes away the order issued and paid through the booth in an issue window. Information on readiness of the order is displayed on the special guest screen. For December, 2019 more than 75% of visitors of fast food restaurants use self-service terminals.

Upgraded version of the software '2.0' supports the Booth operating system Linux and uses the last technologies Java and HTML5 which allow to change easily design of the interface of the terminal for each client.

The program is integrated with the systems of analytics, CRM, video surveillance, face recognition and other services which give the chance to analyze preferences of guests. The upgraded interface of a management part allows to configure quickly the terminal and to create scenarios of advertizing blocks for demonstration to guests.

Further in 'the Booth 2.0' will appear a possibility of payment of the order in cash: the guest does the order on the terminal, receives the check with an order number and pays the order at the checkout. The program will support the delayed sending the order for kitchen — the guest will be able to specify on the terminal when it comes for food, and the order will be prepared for this time.

Also the command works on the simple solution for integration of third-party services, for example, of a weather forecast: in rainy weather the Booth will offer hot tea, and during a heat — cold drinks, and the systems of recognition of the person and a voice which will allow to pay the order, having looked in the camera or having told the necessary phrase.

Cash work quicker: an option for fast food restaurants

On September 24, 2018 the UCS company reported that the next option is available to users of the r_keeper_7 automation system.

As it was reported, the situation when the visitor at the checkout suddenly changed the mind is familiar to all and wanted to change burger for a beater or coffee on tea., It seems, anything terrible, but behind it in queue of 10 more hungry guests. If to look from a position of guests in queue, then they, obviously, will feel discontent and will leave an institution, all got used that in fast food is serviced quickly. According to representatives of the company, the automation system of restaurant business r_keeper itself will prompt to the cashier the possible choice on replacement. The system of hints in hours of a high load will help cashiers to be guided quicker and easier to cope with the duties. This setup is regular functionality of r_keeper_7 and is carried out through the management station.

Opportunities for stimulation of the selling personnel

On August 27, 2018 the UCS company announced an opportunity for stimulation of the selling personnel using r_keeper_7.

As it sooshchatsya, employees at restaurant perform different functions, but there are only two "selling" positions: this is, of course, the waiter who offers guests of a dish, and the bartender if he works behind a contact rack. Moreover, he will be able to set from the mobile phone necessary KPI for the personnel. The cashier or the waiter in the order form will at once see the purpose: the owner or the restaurant manager specified that it is necessary to sell, let us assume, 30 portions of potato. 2014: Barcode printing

On March 12 the UCS company announced innovation in functionality of R-Keeper v.7 - printing on the proforma invoice of the visitor of a unique barcode.

The cashier receives the preliminary check and money from the waiter. Using the scanner, does reading of a barcode, quickly finds in a system the necessary table for payment on the account. By means of this technology the visitor will receive final settlement much quicker.

Technology of scanning of a barcode:

  • considerably accelerates work of the cashier
  • helps to cope with big influx of visitors
  • at the moments of strong load of an institution significantly reduces waiting time the guest of the final check
  • positively affects loyalty of guests of restaurant

Developers consider innovation useful to network institutions with a big flow of visitors.

2013

Having installed in hotel the UCS-Shelter system, and at restaurants - R-Keeper, on subject to placement it is possible to implement a single system of cashless payment. Each guest will have an account where the cost of all services and accounts ordered by him from restaurant will be transferred, and in a complex the guest will provide the proximity or magnetic card issued to it for payment. At the same time accounting in billiard rooms, saunas, SPA, etc. can provide the tasksetter which is built in R-Keeper.

It is possible to create also uniform discount and bonus space. I.e. the system of the discounts and bonuses provided to guests according to information written on their cards. The discount can be different for each type of service, change according to the order (for example, to increase depending on quantity of the portions ordered at restaurant), to depend on time of day, category of number or other parameters. If necessary, discounts can be combined.

In total for 2013 using R-Keeper more than 4400 restaurants were automated. In comparison with 2012 sales of a system increased by 13.5%. The total quantity of installations by the end of 2013 made 31700 restaurants.

2013: Release

In 2013 essentially new version of the solution for providing discounts was released: R-Keeper CRM system. It provides automation of all types of programs — discount, bonus, deposit, club and coalition — in any combinations and combinations.

The guest in R-Keeper CRM can have a set of cards and a set of different accounts. A system allows to inform automatically guests on the carried-out actions, to congratulate on birthdays and other important events, to announce the made transactions using information on the POS terminal screen, in the cash voucher, the SMS, electronic mailing, in a personal account. A system has the interface allowing to integrate any external divisions into a single system of loyalty. Each division can use as own policy of loyalty, well a part of the general scheme of loyalty of a subject to placement.
