Projector of Rostelecom Contact Center company is the digital solution for broadcast of the current indicators of work, the information, training and motivating slides and videos. It is used for customer acquisition, motivation and employee development and it can be demanded in the different directions of business.

2020: Inclusion in the register of domestic software

Projector of Rostelecom Contact Center company is included in the register of domestic software. On June 18, 2020 Rostelecom reported about it.

The relevant order was published by the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation. To the computer program "RTK of CC. Projector" is appropriated registration number 6705 on the class "Application Software of General Purpose, Process Management System of the Organization".

At offices of client service on screens in operational halls using Projector it is possible to show information videos about products and projects, values and traditions of the company that will allow to increase the importance of a brand of the customer. In contact centers and sales offices — to broadcast up-to-date data about key indicators online, in an available and evident type to display the purposes of employees and to monitor their accomplishment and also to show the motivating and training rollers, addresses of heads.

The modern reality only accelerated this process, and Projector — bright to that confirmation. Our development team did large-scale work. Range of application of Projector very big. In fact, we received a universal digital product which has a potential in the market.
