Rostelecom: To Alla available roaming

The Russian analog of Skype and WhatsApp developed by Rostelecom — the application for exchange of audio-and video calls "To Alla available roaming" — at the beginning of 2017 began to extend on the Internet. Owners of smartphones on iOS and Android can use it. The corresponding pages of the application appeared in AppStore and the Google Play^[1].

As authors of the program explained, users of service can communicate free of charge with each other, call on the mobile phones connected to provider and also at additional expense — on the mobile and stationary phones which are not connected to the Internet. Besides, any subscribers can call on the selected phone number of the user of service. For the first time promise the users registered in service 20 free test minutes of a conversation.

According to developers, so far only subscribers of Voronezh can use service. Till February 28, 2017 start of service in Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg, Perm, Chelyabinsk, St. Petersburg and Moscow is planned.

The application, unlike similar services, is tied to number of the fixed telephony, and in fact it is "Home phone number 2.0"

Resource requirements

System requirements of the program for owners of Applevklyuchayut IOS 8.0 or more gadgets late versions. The program is compatible to iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

It will be required to users of Android devices set to Android OS 4.0 or above. In the online program of version 1.1.31 which is laid out for downloading, according to developers, completions in connection with notes on quality of a voice and "other small adjustments" are entered.
