Sberbank announced on July 13, 2020 TAdviser development chats-bots-platforms for legal entities. A cloud service Sber Businessbot allows to reduce the companies costs and losses of clients at the expense of an ozdaniye of chat-bots (virtual digital assistants) for customer service on the website or in the messenger of the company. With the automatic interlocutor in a chat it is possible to talk as to the person: ask whether there are on sale the necessary goods, what delivery conditions and return and so on.

Sberbank Sber Businessbot developed the chat-bot-platform for legal persons

More than 120 ready scenarios of service for the different industries of business act on the platform for July 13, 2020. For example, for online stores answers to questions on delivery, formation of the order, payment and return of goods, a contact information and the addresses of shops are prepared; for travel agencies — by rules of an execution of visas, armoring of tours and the organization of a trip. The company can select ready scenarios or create own.

Sber Businessbot helps clients to cope with these calls. Use of service reduces load of operators of contact centers of 20–30%. The NLP platform of Sberbank developed by SberDevices company is the cornerstone of many products and solutions of bank, for example, of processing of the entering appeals to contact centers, recognitions of voice and text requests of users of the application Sberbank Online and Sberbank Business Online and also smart voice search in the Okko Smart Box mediaplayer.
