2020: Start of Payment of a Tax service for self-employed
On March 24, 2020 Sberbank announced start of Payment of a Tax service for self-employed. Now it is just possible to pay a tax: it is not necessary even to grant the amount of tax on professional income and details for payment, it is enough to come into the section "Case" — "My taxes" in mobile application "Sberbank Online".
The amount of tax added by Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (if it makes more than 100 rubles) will be visible in the application since the 12th day of the month following reporting. It is necessary to pay a monthly tax to the 25th.
To use an innovation, it is necessary to be registered in The Case service in Sberbank Online and to have the mobile device working at iOS or Android with the version of mobile application "Sberbank online" version 10.10 above.

The active audience exceeded 50 million people
On September 18, 2019 Sberbank reported that the active audience of mobile application Sberbank Online exceeded 50 million people — so many people come into the application monthly. The most part of users Sberbank Online — Russians (47 million). Other 3 million users — citizens more than 150 countries of the world.
The most rapid growth of audience of the application in a year is observed among clients 45 years (+61%) are more senior and 20 years (+41%) are younger. The gain of users aged from 20 up to 45 years made 29%.
Deposits to Sberbank Online most often open 20-29-year-old — 33% are the share of them. And the credits make out 30-39-year-old most — 47%.
Women use bank application services more actively — they make out nearly 60% of all credits and deposits. At the same time the share of women among active audience of the application not so considerably exceeds a share of men — 55% against 45%.
The day active audience of the application Sberbank Online reached 20 million clients. In a year the median number of inputs grew by one user from 19 to 25 times a month.
More than 2.2 million legal persons clients of Sberbank make payments in electronic form
Sberbank announced on June 5, 2019 that it transferred 99.98% of the payments to online, and more than 2.2 million clients use them. For the end of 2018 420 million payments for the amount about 143 trillion rubles are made. In 5 months 2019 about 170 million payments for the amount more than 60 trillion rubles are already processed.

The number of users of the application "Sberbank Online" exceeded 40 million people
On average users of mobile application "Sberbank Online" make more than 15.3 million transactions a day that is 74% more, than a year ago. The most demanded transactions are P2P-transfers of which 47% of a total quantity of daily transactions in Sberbank Online were the share. In a year the number of P2P-transfers in the application grew by 85%, the number of transfers between the accounts — for 78%, payments through Sberbank Online — for 59%.
More than 60% of users of mobile application "Sberbank Online" use it as the main digital channel — 24.3 million people. In a year this indicator grew by 64%.

According to the statistics of bank, 80% of active users "Sberbank Online" make payments, and 73% are transfers to other people. On average the user comes into the application of times in three days. It is interesting what in audience of active users is also such who comes into the application every day. Such in December, 2017 there were 39 thousand people.
The peak of active audience is the share of age 27–34 years. At the same time 1.3 million users — it people are more senior than 60 years.
The most part of audience — 66% are users of devices based on Android.
As specified in Sberbank, "Sberbank Online" is considered active audience number of clients who not less time in 30 days came into the application. Earlier in public materials this indicator was calculated in 90 days.
2017: The mobile audience exceeded number of users of the web version
The audience of active users of mobile application Sberbank Online exceeded audience of the web version of Internet banking. In a year the audience of the application grew by 66% up to 26.5 million users whereas for the web version this indicator was fixed at the level of 25.2 million (growth was 6%).

The audience of active users of the application and the web version Sberbank Online makes 41.2 million people. The share of active users of mobile application among this audience in a year grew from 49% to 64%.
In a year the application Sberbank was Online added with new features among which there is a connection of the card to payment systems Apple Pay Android Pay, Samsung Pay and personal councils in the section "My assistant". Besides, Sberbank Online on iPhone it is compatible to the VoiceOver function now: in parts or in full iPhone all opportunities Sberbank Online are available to blind users.
2016: "Sberbank Online" is used by 82% of users of Internet banking in the Russian Federation
