How it works

  • Company No. 1 transfers data on the employees to the platform where the artificial intelligence analyzes information on their experience, age, existence of necessary documents (for example, medical books).
  • Company No. 2, in turn, transfers requirements to the desirable candidate.
  • AI does pre-screening, creates a selection of suitable candidates for company No. 2, holds mini-interviews by phone and based on a call transfers people to call center of the employing company, makes an appointment in a location, convenient for the candidate, or imports a profile directly in the platform for automation of recruitment of Potok.io. Automatic detection of a location helps the person to come rather to work and also reduces his movements that in the conditions of a quarantine very important.
